Sept.The objective of this competition is to invite proposals from suitably qualified organisations / individuals for the provision of minor building and carpentry works to Children's Health Ireland (CHI) as a whole, including the National Children’s Hospital Ireland, CHI at Crumlin, CHI at Temple Street, CHI at Connolly and CHI at Tallaght. CHI will commence operational commissioning of the National Children’s Hospital Ireland in 2026. It is an objective of CHI to have a suitable qualified and experienced healthcare carpentry service engaged to support this commissioning effort. Should this tender process be completed in a timely fashion, CHI may drawdown on services as required for this project. The successful contractor will also be approved under this tendering process to undertake works at any of the other CHI sites through the duration of the framework. The framework duration is 36 months with the option to extend for one year maximum. The company / individual selected will be responsible for the supply of minor works and carpentry materials and any other supplies required to carry out the task. Minor works and carpentry materials must be supplied at competitive rates and will be invoiced separately to CHI. CHI reserves the right to price check the materials against market prices elsewhere and purchase directly if it is in our interest to do so. The site currently comprises a 1970's structure which is in operational use presently as a library, and a 1930's protected structure. Aug.Provision of Integrated Facilities Management, M&E and Building Maintenance Services (Multi-Lot) Dublin Port Company (“DPC”) is the contracting authority for this procurement. DPC is a State-owned, self-financing Designated Activity Company responsible for the management, operation and development of Dublin Port, Ireland’s premier port. In 2025, the Port handled circa 36 million gross tonnes, 6,649 ship arrivals and 1.7 million passengers. DPC intends to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi -Lot (3) single-party framework agreement with an initial three (3) year period with an option for an additional one (1) year extension on four (4) occasions to a maximum of seven (7) years. The intention is to establish three separate multi-party framework agreements, one in respect of each Lot. Economic operators may tender for one, several or all Lots, and may be awarded more than one Lot. Details of Lots are as follows. Lot 1 – Cleaning (€950k per annum) This Lot will cover the provision of comprehensive cleaning and hygiene services across Dublin Port Company facilities, including Terminals 1, 2, 5 and 6, Harbour Office, P7 Headquarters, M&S Building, Oil Zone, Dublin Inland Port and ancillary buildings. The scope includes routine daily, weekly and periodic cleaning of offices, passenger terminals, toilets, kitchens, showers, public areas, external grounds and waste management, together with specialist services such as window cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor restoration, deep cleans and high-level cleaning. Contractors must provide trained staff, comply with all site safety and security requirements, supply toiletries and consumables, manage feminine hygiene services, and maintain detailed cleaning schedules and reporting. The tender also includes optional ancillary services for pest control, water hygiene monitoring and Legionella compliance, road sweeping operations, litter picking, weed control and grass cutting. Particular emphasis is placed on maintaining high standards in public-facing passenger areas, responding to fluctuating ferry traffic demands, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and security requirements across the port estate. Lot 2 - HVAC, M&E Maintenance (€460k per annum) Lot 2 covers light M&E maintenance and repair services across DPC’s port estate, including buildings, terminals, access systems, fire safety systems and HVAC equipment. The successful contractor will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, emergency callouts and compliance inspections, with particular focus on critical operational assets supporting port traffic and IT facilities. Services must be delivered in accordance with relevant Irish and European standards, with detailed reporting and maintenance records uploaded to DPC’s PEMAC asset management system. Contractors must provide suitably qualified personnel, comply with strict health, safety and security requirements, attend regular performance meetings, maintain adequate staffing and equipment, and ensure all works are carried out with minimal disruption to port operations. Lot 3- General Building Maintenance (€200k per annum) Lot 3 covers planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across DPC’s estate, including internal and external building elements, drainage and associated external areas. The contract is structured around call-out rates, emergency response, material mark-up and access costs, with contractors required to undertake inspections, condition surveys, fault investigations, repairs, replacements and minor refurbishment works to maintain the integrity, safety and appearance of the buildings and surrounding infrastructure. The scope also includes drainage and plumbing repairs, pavement and fencing works, waste disposal of arisings and the provision of access equipment such as MEWPs or scaffolding where required. Attvin ASÅlesundThe contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and treatment of hazardous building waste, from Attvin to final treatment at a certified treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The aim is also to ensure that hazardous waste is taken care of in such a way that it does not create pollution or damage to humans or animals, or danger to it, and to contribute to an appropriate and reliable system for handling hazardous waste, cf. The Waste Regulations chapter 11. The contract is for: Waste with phthalates (e.g. floor coverings), waste that contains bronched flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins and for the options waste that includes PUR foam insulation and pressure impregnated and creosoted wood. Comments on the contract: Responsibility for the waste is to be taken over by a tenderer when the waste is charged in the tenderer ́s vehicles. The procurement is for the treatment of various types of hazardous building waste and building waste that cannot be handled together with normal household and commercial waste due to chemical, physical and/or biological qualities. Waste types included in this agreement are in accordance with the price form. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste shall be treated at a certified treatment facility. Emphasis is put on the fact that the hazardous waste in accordance with this agreement shall be directly to the final treatment facility and not the reception facility. Tenderers shall, thus, offer final treatment of the hazardous waste at one/several treatment facilities in accordance with requirements. Fractions other than what is stated may be included in this agreement. The volume of NOK shall not, nevertheless, exceed the maximum amount set for the contract. New waste types in the contract period: If new waste types are added in the contract period, it shall be possible for the customer to enter into this agreement if they do not make up a significant part of the contract. In such cases the same price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types in this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to hold a new competition for new waste types during the contract period.
