In order to strengthen security of supply, it has been decided to establish a full-fledged back-up water system that can supply both Biri and Gjøvik. Stage 1 of the project included the establishment of an submarine pipeline from Gjøvik to Redalen, the construction of a pressure increase station, as well as establishing a connection point for continuing the pipeline towards Biri. The sea pipeline was lowered in Mjøsa in autumn 2020, and after completion of the pump station the facility was put into operation in 2021. In stage 2 the pipeline shall be continued from Redalen to Biri, where both a raw water pump station and a new water treatment plant shall be established. The shut-down installations are Helle, Kil, Kragerø, Kirkesund and Stabbestad. Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIM"Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Ledningstrasé" is part of a larger water and sewage project in Trondheim municipality that has run, and shall run, over several stages. The aim is to reduce the amount of overflow supplied to The River Nidelva from the sewage network by establishing a separated main stem for W&S from the sewage zone Lerkendal where surface water is led to the River Nidelva, and waste water is fed by a self-fall to Høvringen treatment facility. In "Fossumdalen stage 5-6, Ledningstrasé", the existing overflow (OP04) shall be established in "Fossumdalen stage 4" connects to the Høvringen sewage tunnel via a diving pipeline under the River Nidelva with a flushing magazine. The pipeline installation starts with drilling rock from the west side of Osloveien south of Stavne to Høvringen sewage tunnel. Under osloveien, a sewage pipeline is laid through a completed freighter and dug a ditch to the east between the properties in Sivert Dahlens veg. Pipelines that controlled drilling will be executed under the River Nidelva to Valøya. Over Valøya and up to Valøyslyngen, pipelines are to be dug in a ditch. Pipelines in valøyslyngen shall be executed in an increased dimension, which together with the existing volume in the existing sewage pipeline upstream OP04 (new overflow) functions as flushing magnet for the diving line. The flushing magazine shall be emptied via a flush manhole and the facility shall be adapted for the supply of water from the municipality ́s water pipelines. A new water and sewage system shall also be constructed from OP04 (a new overflow) to the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and Valøyslyngen. From the junction of Alfred Larsens gate and valøyslyngen, a new water pipeline will be laid in the same route as the existing water pipeline to Holtermanns road. The following turnkey contracts will be transported to the general contractor:1 "Fossumdalen stage 5-6 - Sewage pump station" (the existing sewage pump station APS is replaced by a smaller and more modern sewage pump station APS04.2 "Fossumdalen section 5-6, HVAC, management and automation"The general contractor will take over, among other things, the engineering design and coordination responsibility for these two turnkey contracts. BIR ASBergenFrist: 04. Sept.BIR Resource Dep. Mjelstad (referred to as BIR) shall, in connection with the expansion of the landfill site, procure a new treatment facility forige water that occurs as a result of precipitation hitting and going through the landfill. BIR shall ensure that the area and building is established where the treatment plant shall be constructed. Tenderers of the treatment plant must be responsible for the complete delivery of treatment facilities with all the accompanying equipment that is necessary for operation, as well as assembly, commissioning and training. This is further described in the tender documentation. It is important for BIR to get sufficient information about the treatment facility to facilitate with the correct dimensioned building. BIR shall procure the pumps that shall deliver ladder water to the treatment facility and from the pump sump after the treatment plant to the recipient. It is important that BIR receives information about the interface and sets the dimensions of the treatment plant as the basis for pump capacity. As described later in KG, the landfill does not have a buffer basin and the treatment plant must be able to handle frequent changes in flow into the treatment facility based on a water level in the pump sump. Flow meters in and out of the treatment facility, in addition to flow meters on pump pipelines out to the recipient, must be delivered by the tenderer. The pump intake shall increase the signal from the treatment plant and the treatment plant shall adjust automatically to the level meters in the sump. BIR ensures that pumps are delivered in a pump sump that is controlled by a frequency transformer. The pumps will therefore communicate with the treatment plant ́s PLC, which shall be delivered by the tenderer.
