Aug.The Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) wishes to engage in a Pre-Market Consultation (PMC) exercise in relation to the provision, implementation, and support of a Time and Attendance solution and associated services. The Contracting Authority is responsible for the running of the Houses of the Oireachtas, or Irish Parliament (Dáil Éireann, Seanad Éireann and Oireachtas Committees), and acts as governing body of the Houses of the Oireachtas Service (“the Service”). The Service is the public service body that provides parliamentary administration services to the Houses of the Oireachtas on behalf of the Contracting Authority. The Service provides advice and support services to the Commission, the Houses and their Committees, to Members of the Houses (i.e. TDs and Senators - the elected representatives, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Members”) and to the Members political staff / employees. There are 7 Contracting Authority locations, with 30 clocking terminals spread throughout these locations. All locations have strict access and security requirements. Aug.The EPS intends to run a competitive procurement process for a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply of Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories to the Irish Public Sector. This will be the next generation framework of the existing framework LA2332F which will expire in April 2027. As part of the process, the EPS wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to supply Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories. The EPS is issuing this Preliminary Market Consultation and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information in order to: 1. better understand any changes in the supply market since the previous national Framework Competition was run, and 2. identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications of the Laboratory and Medical Gases and Accessories framework. 3.
