Laois County Council seeks to appoint a Single Service Provider, Urban Planning Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team, PSDP, for Project Stages (i) to (ii b) the Mountrath Town Centre Public Realm Improvement Scheme. Stage details are as follows: Stage (i) Town Spatial Strategy for Mountrath Town, Stage (ii a) Town Centre Design (focusing on the Town Centre as identified in Drawing No. 100) and Stage (ii b) Developed Design and Planning (Part 8). Design Documents, Drawings, Surveys, Reports etc. will be provided/submitted to the Contracting Authority for future use in subsequent project stages. Subsequent project stages (Detailed Design, Tender Action, Contract Award, Construction and Handover) will be the subject of a separate tender in the future which will be dependent on the availability of funding

Irish Prison ServiceFrist: 17. Aug.The Irish Prison Service (IPS) is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of strategic and technical advisory services to support its infrastructure investment and maintenance programmes. The primary role of the service provider will be to assist and advise the IPS in strategic estate planning, feasibility assessment, project review, and ensuring and supporting the process by which its capital investment and building maintenance programmes comply with the requirements of the Infrastructure Guidelines (IGs) and Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF). The services will be required across a range of IPS projects and investment initiatives and proposals, and are not limited or specific to any individual project. The services will be additional and complementary to detailed integrated design team services deployed to oversee and manage specific projects through all stages of their IG and CWMF lifecycles, and will not replace nor duplicate these services, nor involve contributions to or direct co-ordination with the project-specific services of such full integrated design teams. The services required will be utilised by the IPS in selective contexts and in respect of construction and maintenance projects at different stages of planning or development or implementation, or prior to their formal planning or design stage commencing. Aug.Donegal County Council wishes to appoint an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) for the design of interconnector watermains for households and private Group Water Schemes (GWSs) located in Letterbrick to the closest point on the Public Water Supply, or other suitable location as determined by UÉ. The service is to include for all Civil and Hydraulic Design services as required; any environmental / ecological evaluations required; preparation and submission of any planning applications required; preparation of construction tender docs, administration of tender process (publication, clarifications, evaluation, etc.); award and management of construction contract. The ESP will also be required to act as PSDP for the Project.
