The University of Galway are developing a novel technology for supporting the right ventricle during periods of pressure overload. The team are seeking tenders for two different lots of services: Lot 1: R and D Consultant to provide services in the development of a novel cardiovascular medical device for evaluation in a pre-clinical study. Lot 2: The tenderer will offer services for the evaluation of a novel cardiovascular medical device in a large animal model. This contract will involve the development of a protocol and study strategy. The study will include implanting prototype devices in acute animals to demonstrate proof of concept, as well as implanting animals for acute evaluation to support assessment of the prototypes.

Aug.Donegal County Council wishes to appoint an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) for the design of interconnector watermains for households and private Group Water Schemes (GWSs) located in Letterbrick to the closest point on the Public Water Supply, or other suitable location as determined by UÉ. The service is to include for all Civil and Hydraulic Design services as required; any environmental / ecological evaluations required; preparation and submission of any planning applications required; preparation of construction tender docs, administration of tender process (publication, clarifications, evaluation, etc.); award and management of construction contract. The ESP will also be required to act as PSDP for the Project.
