A portfolio system for climate gas accounts for Norwegian municipalities.
NKF would like to enter into a contract with this competition for the delivery of an IT system/system for a portfolio management tool to collect and handle climate gas data and accounts for use in Norwegian municipalities ́ construction projects. The requested portfolio management tool shall primarily be used to obtain climate gas data and accounting figures from the different systems that the municipalities use in their building projects. The offered tool must be based on different standards, where i.a. NS 3720 is central. It must be possible to obtain data from the different systems that the municipalities, and the municipalities' various technical consultants, use in their construction projects. Data can be collected and displayed, including per farm and use number and different building parts. The data collected shall then be displayed on a "dashboard", where the data shall also be systematised, including showing data from other municipalities. The data shall also be aggregated at a regional and national level. The aim of the portfolio management tool will be both to let the technical departments in the municipality use it to manage their various construction projects, but also to generate data and facts for political decisions. The contracting authority in the contract will be NKF, but the actual users of the offered system will be the municipalities and municipal entities that are members of NKF and choose to purchase the service from NKF. Potentially over 100 municipal entities. NKF will enter into the relevant contract for the necessary licences, as well as continual operation and maintenance, with the tenderer. NKF will then use this as a basis to resell equivalent services/systems to Norwegian municipalities that are members. NKF will, thus, really have the role of a coordinating intermediary between the supplier and the municipalities. However, it is formally only that NKF the tenderer shall deal with, and no contracts will be signed directly between the tenderer and the relevant user municipalities (service recipients). NKF will deliver first line support directly to the municipalities, but the contract shall also allow the tenderer directly to assist each municipality when it is more appropriate. The contract shall also include courses and training for both NKF and municipal employees, as well as assistance with the establishment and implementation in each municipality. According to plan, the agreement will be signed before summer 2026 so that the first municipalities can procure the service from NKF in Q3 2026 and start using the system in Q4 2026. The contract is based on SSA-L (Contract on ongoing service procurements) with adaptations. Procurement of a framework agreement for products and services for press management at events
The ministries, at various events primarily in Oslo, require arrangements for the press in public spaces. The purpose of this procurement is to meet the ministries’ need for the rental of press platforms (press decks), as well as the provision of associated equipment and services. Associated equipment refers to technical equipment, including solutions for lighting, image, and sound related to press stands. Associated services refer to project management, rigging, and technical staffing during planning and execution. The events may include various types of occasions, for example high-level state visits. Such events are characterized by the fact that the date and scope are often not known well in advance. Activation of assignments may therefore occur at short notice, and in some cases, initial delivery may be required within just a few hours after the order is placed. The events are often carried out under a high level of security. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a single total supplier with the capacity and expertise to meet the overall need. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 20 million, excluding VAT. The agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authorities have the right, but not the obligation, to award contracts under this framework agreement. The contracting authorities are not obligated to purchase a specific volume during the term of the agreement. Procurement of Equipment for Fire and Rescue Units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project
The subject of this contract is the supply and delivery of specialised fire and rescue equipment for fire and rescue units in the Republic of Srpska within the INEREP Project. The procurement includes 8 fire pick-up vehicles with 4x4 drive and accompanying equipment, 1 rescue boat with outboard motor and trailer, and 66 sets of personal protective fire-fighting equipment, divided into lots as specified in the tender dossier. The equipment shall be new, unused, fully compliant with the technical specifications and applicable standards, and delivered with all required documentation, certificates, warranties, user manuals and after-sales support. The contract aims to strengthen operational preparedness, response capacities and safety of fire and rescue services in emergency situations, including fires, floods, rescue operations and other civil protection activities.
