moBiel GmbHBielefeldDie Stadtwerke Bielefeld betreiben eine heterogene IT-Landschaft mit einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen und Systemen. Die Verwaltung von Benutzeridentitäten und Zugriffsrechten erfolgt derzeit teilweise dezentral und systembezogen. Zur Verbesserung der Steuerung von Identitäten und Berechtigungen wird im Rahmen eines IAM-Projektes eine zentrale Struktur zur Verwaltung digitaler Identitäten aufgebaut. Ziel des IAM-Projektes ist die Einführung eines zentralen IAM-Services zur Verwaltung digitaler Identitäten sowie zur strukturierten und rollenbasierten Vergabe von Berechtigungen auf Anwendungen und Systeme. Dazu soll eine IAM-Governance Struktur aufgebaut sowie eine technische IAM-Lösung eingeführt und ausgerollt werden Konkret bedeutet dies die Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Prozessen, die Ausgestaltung eines Rollen- und Berechtigungsmodells, die Einführung einer zentralen IAM-Lösung sowie Integration von Anwendungen (ab Q3 2027) und die Vorbereitung organisatorischer Strukturen für den zukünftigen Betrieb des IAM-Services. Das Projekt wird von einer externen Projektleitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsbereich IP der Stadtwerke Bielefeld geleitet.
