Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC) intends to acquire a Tissector Tabletop for its Pathology department from Xyall B.V. (Eindhoven, Netherlands) using a negotiated procedure without prior publication. LUMC determined that Xyall is the only supplier capable of meeting essential technical requirements, as their Tissector is the sole solution automating precise tissue dissection guided by whole-slide images with submillimeter accuracy and no competing system offers this level of integration or automation.
