The successful consultant will be required to complete the following project phases as outlined in Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF): • CWMF Stage ii : Detailed Design • CWMF Stage iii : Tender Process • CWMF Stage iv : Construction • CWMF Stage v : Handover The services are required for the following protected building: Guard house - Proposed Cafe

Each framework agreement will be established with up to 5 economic operators.
