Hankinnan kohteena ovat maastokäyttöön soveltuvat kävijälaskurilaitteet, jotka tunnistavat kulkusuunnan, toimivat ilman verkkovirtaa ja kestävät sääolosuhteet. Sisältää tallennus- ja tiedonsiirtoratkaisut pilvipalveluun, laitteiden konfigurointi-, seuranta- ja hallintapalvelut (etäohjaus, hälytykset), automaattisen täydentämisen puuttuville aikajaksoille, käyttöliittymän ja API-rajapinnan NASTA-järjestelmään, sekä huolto-, ylläpito-, tuki- ja varaosapalvelut.
