New exhibition design for The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle for The Royal Danish Collection
The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to select a lead consultant with responsibility for the development and form of exhibition design for The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle for The Royal Danish Collection. See also appendix 4. Project Brief. The exhibition is part of the overall development of the project for a new version of The Kingdom’s Treasury at Rosenborg Castle site, which will create new exhibition spaces for artefacts with unique historic, cultural and national significance from the Royal Danish Collection. Rosenborg Castle’s new treasury is intended as an experience that visitors will find impressive and moving. The appointed exhibition designer will be responsible for developing the interpretation concept and exhibition design in close collaboration with the Royal Danish Collection and relevant stakeholders, including foundations, the Agency for Culture and Palaces and other associated consultants. The contract involves the development of the narrative and spatial design concept and detailed planning as the basis for tender and production of exhibition equipment. The commission also includes consultancy in connection with the purchase, production and installation of all the exhibition elements included in the project scope. Production and installation are expected to be put out to tender as an all-inclusive contract or as partial contracts, and the Exhibition Designer will be required to assist in the preparation and execution of these contracts. The tender process for the exhibition design is carried out before the conclusion of the competition for the design of the building that will house the exhibition. The process will therefore be based on an exhibition area with a fictitious floor plan. Importantly, it should be noted that the tenderers are not expected to present a finished proposal but rather ideas, concepts and proposals that will be developed in a collaborative process with the Royal Danish Collection and the appointed lead consultants for the building contract. The Royal Danish Collection is not legally obligated to put this contract out to tender but has chosen to do so, following the regulations in the Danish Public Procurement Act. The design Contract must be tendered as a single whole, as there must be one responsible Supplier for the design deliverable. Accordingly, it is not divided into multiple consultancy agreements, as this would not result in a coherent expression for the exhibition. Single Party Framework for the Provision of Pest Control Services for Limerick City and County Council 2026
The objective of this CFT is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Pest Control Services to the Housing Strategy, Capital and Maintenance Directorate of Limerick City and County Council with one single supplier appointed. The successful tenderer will be required to provide pest control services on a planned and reactive basis in relation to the following: rodents (rats and mice), flies, insects, aphids and as necessary, birds and feral cats but not limited to these pests. Rodenticides will only be permitted for use when absolutely necessary and must be applied in line with the 2019 regulations in Ireland regarding the use of rodenticides. The Universitys Building and Estates Department is responsible for the maintenance and management of all physical infrastructure on the 371 acres of grounds and property upon which the University campus is situated. To assist in this effort, facilities and grounds services are managed by external contractors on behalf of the department. In each case, the contractor shall be required to carry out installation, reinstatement and repair of Campus landscape hard works. Soft landscaping and maintenance programme to renovate and improve the shrub beds in the main public car park of Farmleigh House Phoenix Park, Dublin 15. A FRAMEWORK OF SPECIALIST SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE AWARD OF SERVICES CONTRACTS SERVING A STATEWIDE ENERGY CONSERVATION INITIATIVE IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SECTOR BUILDINGS
To assist with the administration of OPW's Optimising Power @ Work energy efficiency campaign, the Office of Public Works (OPW) intend to establish a Framework from which Energy Specialists providing professional services in the areas of staff energy awareness, Behavioural Change, Energy Auditing/Reporting, Optimisation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls in Central Government and Public Sector Facilities, may be appointed. These facilities may include Hospitals, Prisons, Third Level Education Institutions, Laboratories, Data Centres, Office Accommodation, County Councils and other Public Sector buildings. Over 50 large facilities participate in Optimising Power @ Work's Wider Public Sector programme currently. The contracts associated with these participants will expire during the new framework term and in many cases will be due for retendering under the new framework rules. (subject to approvals). In addition approximately 15No facilities have applied to join the programme. Up to five suitable Energy Specialist service providers shall be appointed to the framework. This CfT includes notional tender requests for a representative sample of the type of facilities that participate in the programme. The rates quoted in the notional tender returns will form the cost basis for the award of future contracts from the framework in accordance with the framework rules. The success of the Optimising Power @ Work programme relies on 3 fundamental elements: 1. Technology: Energy loggers and metering (installed by others as required but periodically validated by the appointed service provider during the contract term) 2. Specialist Resources: Energy advisors are appointed from the framework to work with energy teams in each building 3. Staff Engagement: Active energy teams comprising managers, staff and other key stakeholders in each building The purpose of this CfT is to select suitable service providers for appointment (as per item No.2 above) to a framework for the provision of specialist energy services as described in the services requirements.
