Die Stadt Požarevac sucht einen Partner für die öffentliche Personenbeförderung auf ihrem Gebiet über einen öffentlich-privaten Partnerschaftsvertrag mit Konzessionselementen. Die Konzession dauert 10 Jahre. Der Bieter muss in den letzten 5 Jahren erfolgreich öffentliche Linienpersonenbeförderungsdienste innerhalb eines PPP (mit oder ohne Konzessionselemente) auf dem Gebiet von mindestens 3 lokalen Selbstverwaltungseinheiten durchgeführt haben, von denen mindestens eine mehr als 50.000 Einwohner hat. Der Bieter muss mindestens 2 verkehrstechnisch ausgebildete Ingenieure, 1 Person mit einer Zulassung für die Leitung von Personenbeförderungsdiensten, 45 Busfahrer mit gültiger Kategorie D-Lizenz, CPC-Qualifikationskarte und gültigen Gesundheitszeugnissen, 3 Mechaniker, 2 Schlosser, 1 Autoelektriker und 1 OSH-Spezialist sowie 1 Tachographenwerkstatttechniker (oder Vertrag mit einer autorisierten Firma) stellen. Die Flotte muss mindestens 26 Fahrzeuge nicht älter als 10 Jahre umfassen, darunter 14 Busse, 4 Ersatzbusse und 8 Minibussen. Alle Busse müssen Klimaanlage, beleuchtete Zielanzeigen und ein GPS-basiertes Echtzeit-Verkehrsmeldesystem haben.

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a concessionaire for entrusting the performance of the municipal activity of public urban and suburban passenger transport and the arrangement of bus stops in the territory of the City of Vršac, under a public-private partnership model with concession elements, for a period of 20 years.
