Procurement of a service contract for gas installations.
NTNU shall enter into a framework agreement for the inspection and maintenance of gas installations for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. The delivery and place of work for the deliveries will be NTNU in Trondheim. The gas installations included in this agreement are located in a total of 15 different buildings in Trondheim. The buildings are mainly located at Gløshaugen in addition to a small number on Brattøra and Øya. The service contract is administered by the property department at NTNU, but the gas installations are owned by different institutes and the work shall be invoiced directly to each individual institute/site owner, total 23 units. The facilities currently include approx. 269 gas centrals with a total of 1,484 call-offs. The contracting authority is different departments and faculty at NTNU, Rise PFI AS and Sintef, each of which is the owner and orderer for their plants. The contract shall be a complete service agreement that includes: • Annual systematic condition checks • Improvements, including maintenance and repairs, as well as minor expansions and changes in the existing installations, as needed. • Re-opening and shut-off of systems and components as needed, a complete description of the delivery is in the requirement specifications. - HRS Husholdning ASNarvikFrist: 17. 2 REFUSE COMPACTION VEHICLE 8X4 WITH A CRANE.
The contracting authority shall procure 2 new lorries with compactor additions and cranes. The vehicles shall be used for emptying buried containers, so that cranes and throw-ins must be suitable for efficient operation of this type of waste containers. Please note that the customer is located in the North Norway in an Arctic climate and the vehicles must be adapted to such conditions. The customer has high requirements for running time on their vehicles and tenderers are therefore required to have a marking workshop for the chassis locally in Narvik and Harstad, where the customer is located and the vehicles shall be delivered. The contracting authority shall procure a new refuse collection vehicle that shall be used for the collection of household waste in Finnmark. The car must be adapted to temperatures down to 40 freezing temperatures. The vehicle shall have three axles in operation at the middle. Official vehicles with a clean and dirty zone (goods vans)
Background The contracting authority needs to renew the vehicle fleet for personnel who work with housing inspections and sweeping. The procurement will be carried out as a result of new requirements for division into a clean and dirty zone in the vehicles. The aim is to facilitate a safer and more appropriate work day, including reducing exposure to degassing, dust and other pollution from equipment and work clothes used in the service. The vehicles shall be used in daily operative operations and must support safe transport of personnel, tools, sweeping equipment and polluted equipment. Therefore there is a need for vehicles and fittings solutions that together provide good functionality, practical access, satisfactory ergonomics and reliable handling of equipment in accordance with the business ́s needs. Description of the assignment The contracting authority shall enter into a procurement contract for the delivery of 11 goods vans in large box van execution, ready fitted out with a 3-piece system for a clean and dirty zone. The delivery shall include complete vehicles with adapted fittings and the necessary equipment for the contracting authority ́s use. The budget limit for the procurement is estimated to be between NOK 6,300,000 excluding VAT and NOK 7,800,000 excluding VAT, depending on the sale of existing vehicles. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of the procurement within the framework of the procurement regulations, i.a. due to changed needs, unit prices (reduced number of vehicles), financial framework terms or organisational conditions. Reservations related to the price, including currency reservations, shall be clearly and unambiguously stated and priced. Conditions that are not priced or that lead to uncertainty in the evaluation can lead to rejection, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 24-8.
