Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. Award of a Contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Training and Software Licensing of a CNC Router Line, Dust Extraction System and Associated CAD/CAM Software Licence
Carra Kitchens is investing in advanced CNC manufacturing equipment, dust extraction infrastructure and supporting software in order to diversify and future-proof the business. The investment will support two new strands of activity: a shared-access "CNC Job Shop" offering local makers, tradespeople and small businesses access to advanced digital fabrication, and a new 3D Parametric Wall Art and Commercial Furniture offering targeting the commercial and architectural markets. The investment will also increase the precision, capacity and efficiency of Carra Kitchens' existing bespoke kitchen manufacturing business. This project will allow Carra Kitchens to: • Establish a CNC Job Shop, providing local makers, tradespeople, students and small businesses with access to advanced CNC manufacturing and digital fabrication; • Enter the commercial and architectural furniture and wall art market, opening up new geographic and sectoral markets beyond Mayo; • Increase production capacity, precision and efficiency in its existing bespoke kitchen manufacturing operations; • Create additional employment in a rural location; and • Reduce material waste through digital, precision-based cutting, nesting and production planning. Within the context of the installation and operation of the “JU Pioneer for Innovative and Transformative Exascale Research” (JUPITER) supercomputer and the “JUPITER AI Factory” (JAIF), the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) at Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) envisions to extend the existing Exascale infrastructure, which targets massive scale HPC simulation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, with experimental hardware and software focusing on AI inference workloads. The “JUPITER Advanced Research Vehicle for Inference Services” (JARVIS) is tightly integrated with JUPITER and will allow to experiment with hardware and software for AI inference, to support the competitiveness of current and future AI workloads in Europe and to support sovereignty. With this procurement, JSC targets to purchase a heterogeneous system that must be integrated into an existing cloud infrastructure. The system shall provide multiple different purpose optimized components, e.g. • addressing the loading and querying of frontier AI models in a large tightly coupled compute pod with high-speed low-latency interconnect, • providing resources ensuring Confidential Computing (CC), • using an Ethernet compatible interconnect between the different nodes/partitions of the system, • fostering European technology and supply chains, wherever possible[ET1.1]. Purchase of a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS) for the supply of electrical power to cruise ships in Port of Skagen.
On shore power for cruise ships shall be established at the cruise quay Krydstogtkajen in Port of Skagen, 9990 Skagen, Denmark. For this purpose, the Contractor shall deliver a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS). The HVSC shall be able to deliver up till 16 MVA of high-voltage onshore power to at least one cruise ship at a time. The Deliverables include a complete converter station and a complete cable management solution from the OPS on to the quay front. The converter station shall be a container-based solution, where all components are to be placed inside containers, except coolers that shall be placed on the ground outside the building, which the Purchaser will build around the containers. The Contractor shall be responsible for groundwork for the CMS. The Contractor shall deliver all necessary documentation and perform training of the personnel who shall operate the HVSC upon Delivery. The HVSC shall be operational by 1st of November 2027. Definitions: High-voltage Shore Connection (HVSC): includes the Onshore Power System (OPS), the Cable Management System (CMS) and the high voltage cable distribution system from the OPS to the quay front. Onshore Power System (OPS): includes all the components necessary to transform, convert and monitor the power on shore, including, but not limited to, transformers, converters, switch gear, breakers and control, monitoring, interlocking and power management systems. Cable Management System (CMS): includes all work, cables and equipment needed from the OPS to the quay front for delivering power to the ships. This includes HV shore distribution systems (from the OPS), shore-to-ship connection and interface equipment and other items necessary for delivering power to the cruise ships. Dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of vehicles under 3.5 tons
Vennesla municipality invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DIO) for the procurement of vehicles under 3.5 tons. The objective of the procurement The aim of the procurement is to establish a dynamic purchasing system that shall ensure effective, flexible and future orientated procurement of vehicles for the municipality ́s entities. The scheme shall contribute to covering the ongoing need for the procurement of new vehicles, and at the same time support the municipality ́s climate and environmental targets. As a main rule, zero emission vehicles shall be procured. Deviations can occur if it is necessary due to stand-by or special needs. About Dynamic Purchasing System The dynamic purchasing system will be established in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) part I and part III and it will be held as a restricted tender contest (cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 26-5). The scheme is a two-stage procedure: Stage 1: Qualification phase where tenderers apply for admission to the scheme. Stage 2: Implementation of mini competitions where qualified suppliers are invited to submit tender offers A contract will not be signed for admission to the scheme. The contract will only be signed after a completed competition for each procurement. The scheme is fully electronic, and all communication and tender deliveries shall occur via the contracting authority ́s KGV system.
