The required services are broken down as follow: • Graphic design covers full spectrum of graphic design and related services in a manner that complements existing publications and design work, that includes corporate identity, a full stationery suite, company literature, annual reports, leaflets, guides, policy reports, publications, corporate materials and collateral as required, packaging, signage, print procurement, project management, art direction or any design initiative that may be required. • Concept and artwork are also required for some social media and online output, including still graphics, video graphics and banners. • Brand consultancy includes strategy, positioning, architecture, naming and identity, brand acknowledgement requirements advice, logo guidelines and any other related requirements. • Print management involves managing the full range of Arts Council’s print requirements, ensuring documents and other collateral is provided to specification and on time.Training and development services for the delivery of the Creative Climate Action Fund III (2026-2029) to the Creative Ireland Programme
Department of Culture Communications SportKillarneyThe Creative Climate Action Fund III (2026-2029) is a key deliverable for the Creative Climate Action and Sustainability pillar of the Creative Ireland Programme. This fund seeks to build on the premise that transformational action on climate change requires cultural change throughout society, and with the ambition to utilise the potential of the arts, creativity and heritage to inspire and empower the culture change needed to transform to a net zero Ireland by 2050. A key finding of the evaluation of the first fund was the need for training and development of project leaders to ensure that this investment realises the object of building enduring capacity in the sector. There will be organisations from different sectors in receipt of the grant funding including: arts and cultural organisations, local authorities, research institutions, environmental groups and community development organisations. We envisage that there will be up to 15 projects funded. These projects teams have a good knowledge of climate action. However, a consistency of understanding of the policy objectives and best-practice methods of project delivery will be essential to the success of the fund. Therefore, this training and development package will: * Ensure a consistency of technical knowledge across all project teams * Ensure a consistency of approach to be taken on dialogue between projects and with communities the projects are engaging and facilitating dialogue with, to ensure that this aligns with the approach taken in the National Dialogue on Climate Action (NDCA) * Ensure full understanding of the policy framework as set out in the Climate Action Plan 2025. * Support individual projects in their approach to data collection and evaluation * Support project management and communications functions within individual projects * Provide a supportive network for the projects to facilitate collaboration and sharing of skills, knowledge and best practice It is envisaged that that the training wilStandalone Contract Award Notice for provision of a Dance Assessment and Advisory Services 2024

Department of Culture Communications SportKillarneyCreative Ireland is holding an open grant call for funding of approximately 10-15 Creative Climate Action projects lasting three years (36-month period) from 2026 to 2029. The successful grantees will likely include institutions and organisations with capacity to deliver large-scale projects, such as national cultural, climate and community organisations, NGOs, businesses, local authorities, networks and academic institutions working in the intersection of climate action, adaptation and creativity. There will be a focus on inter-disciplinary teams that include community partners, climate scientists, evaluators, and creative practitioners. The total value of grant funding is €6.5 million. A comprehensive, independent evaluation of the Creative Climate Action Fund III (2026-2029) initiative will provide an invaluable evidence-base to demonstrate to policymakers and funding Departments the impact and value of the initiative and its scalability. There is growing acknowledgement amongst policymakers that narrow macroeconomic measures like GDP do not capture the full range of citizens’ lived experiences. A sole focus on indicators like GDP can lead to other aspects of life – particularly those that cannot be easily assigned a monetary value, such as wellbeing, social inclusion and just transition – being undervalued. It is important that the final research equally balances both elements. It is envisaged that the process of the research will include, but not be limited to: * Coordination of 10-15 embedded evaluators at project level. The grantees are required to have an embedded evaluator in place at the beginning of the project. The successful tenderer is expected to develop a community of practice of the embedded evaluators group via 3-4 meetings per year to ensure a consistent approach to evaluation at project level. * Leading a workshop around evaluation methodologies and support in clarifying project outputs and outcomes for the embedded evaluators in 2026. * RegularFramework contract for the provision of business consultancy and expertise related to EUROSUR

Sept.The Authority is looking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to a framework agreement for Property Management Services (management of various properties). The framework agreement is envisaged to last for a period of 8 years with a scope of services to include but not be limited to the following : • all necessary mobilisation activities to prepare for the performance of the Services; • development and maintenance of asset registers; • development and maintenance of a computer-aided facilities management system; • development of annual maintenance plans; • planned preventative maintenance (including cleaning and pest control) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, landscaping, and winterisation activities in accordance with the annual maintenance plan; • corrective maintenance (including cleaning and repair of vandalism damage) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment as required to ensure continued operation of the facility at the property; • planned and corrective maintenance of bus stops, including platforms, shelters and bus poles and flags (including cleaning and repair of vandalism damage); • maintenance of records and reports; • all necessary demobilisation activities to prepare for the handover of the Services to a subsequent supplier. The value of purchases pursuant to the Framework Agreement is expected to be €22,871,380 (excluding VAT). However, there is a reasonable likelihood that similar requirements could be required to support other new bus routes and bus depot facilities which are unknown at this time and thus the total value of purchases pursuant to the Framework Agreement may be up to a maximum of €26,302,086 (excluding VAT) over the duration of the Framework Agreement. These figures are provided for indicative purposes only and there is no guaranteed expenditure under the Framework Agreement.
