EirGrid plcDublinEirGrid is the Transmission System Operator (TSO) and Market Operator (MO) in the wholesale trading system in Ireland. In addition, EirGrid manages the East West interconnector and is also developing the Celtic interconnector to France and has been granted a licence in respect of Offshore Transmission system operation. EirGrid maintains an extensive and complex range of enterprise Information Technology (IT) systems, including mission critical IT systems that operate critical national infrastructure.
