Sketch project - Foot and cycle path from Harkjellstaul to Raulandsgrend

Vinje municipality invites prequalified tenderers in the municipality ́s dynamic procurement scheme for engineering design services to provide tenderers for a sketch project and route assessment for the vidareføring of foot and cycle paths from Harkjellstaul to Kråmvikvegen in Rauland, including planning of new lakes and unloadings along the same stretch. The assignment includes the preparation of route assessments with the accompanying planning and profile reviews and cost estimates. Tenderers shall submit a joint report that assesses alternatively and adds a licence for further detailed engineering design services. The contract will be signed as a fixed-price contract based on NS 8401 Qualification requirements beyond the DIO companies. Tenderers shall have documented experience from engineering design services for foot and cycle paths and/or road science sketch projects in similar terrain, including work on routes, terrain adaptation, sharpening/filling and assessment of traffic roads. Tenderers shall, in addition, have experience from engineering design services for water and sewage hire installations in connection to roads or foot and cycle paths, including assessments of location, djupner, crossings and coordination with other infrastructure. Tenderers shall have: * relevant competence in road and transport disciplines (foot and cycle paths), including experience with the use of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration ́s handbooks and geometric engineering design. * relevant water and sewage professional competence with experience from dimensioning and principle appraisal of main areas for lakes and sewage. * experience with terrain models and development of plan/profile thinking in modern engineering design tools. * experience from engineering design services or concept works in hilly terrain and an area with local buildings.
