This project will increase public access to the collections, archives and stories of Kilkenny through the creation of a visible collections store, enhanced archive facilities and improved research access within Rothe House. The existing Collection Store will be transformed from a closed storage area into a publicly accessible visible-storage space incorporating museum-standard storage bays, integrated object display areas, accessible drawers and a public research workspace. Museum-grade marmoleum flooring will be installed and new storage systems provided to improve both collection care and visitor access. A new public reading room will be created incorporating museum-standard archive shelving, storage and integrated display areas for material from the Kilkenny Archaeological Society library and archives. The project will also provide environmental monitoring equipment for the Collection Store, Reading Room and archive storage areas, plus photographic lightbox equipment and website infrastructure to support the ongoing digitisation of collections. Additional freestanding museum display cabinets will enable a greater proportion of the collection and archive material to be displayed and interpreted for visitors.

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority requests a cloud based (SaaS) case and archive system such as: - supports effective case processing and supervision work. - facilitate standardised and good information management. - have a modern user interface and high user friendliness - enable automation and streamlining. - Functionality connected to the case and archive module, meeting module, access module and building application module. The system must fulfil formal requirements for archiving and case processing, it must be future orientated and compatible with future cloud and platform systems. Avfall Sør ASKRISTIANSAND SFrist: 24. Aug.The Contracting Authority Avfall Sør Husholdning AS is a part of Avfall Sør konsern, which is owned 100% by Kristiansand and Vennesla municipalities in Agder. The company provides waste and sanitation services to all inhabitants in the owner municipalities and serves approx. 55,500 residential units with dunk sanitation, 5,000 residential units with buried systems and 3,700 cabin subscribers. In addition, the company operates three recycling stations and a large waste facility at Støleheia with various treatment activities such as sorting, composting, tiling and depositing. Avfall Sør Husholdning AS is the contracting authority for this competition. Read more about Avfall Sør at: www.avfallsor.no Background Avfall Sør Husholdning AS is currently collecting food and bio waste from households in the owner municipalities. The waste is transported to Støleheia, where it is composted in a separate facility. The finished compost is to be refined to soil products that are traded for various purpose. From 1 September the new supplier will take over the collection of household waste on behalf of the contracting authority. The collection routes are thus altered and the collection frequency for food and bio-waste is changed from weekly to collection every two weeks. The change is a part of Avfall Sør ́s work with increasing the sorting of food and bio waste. Analyses show that there are still significant amounts of food waste in the residue waste, and the aim is to move a greater share of this to the bio-waste scheme. At the same time, garden and park waste makes up a significant part of the total amount of bio-waste. In 2025, this fraction accounted for about 20 percent of the total tonnage. Avfall Sør also handles municipal commercial waste on behalf of the owner municipalities. This waste flow is mainly equivalent to composition and quality as bio-waste from households, but normally contains a lower portion of garden and park waste. The new manure products regulation, which came into force in 2025, sets strict requirements for businesses that produce natural fertiliser products of organic origin. Amongst other things, the requirements for quality assurance, documentation, traceability, internal control and product responsibility have been strengthened. Fulfilment of these requirements would require considerable investments in infrastructure, process installations, quality systems and further development of the composting facility. After a combined assessment of investment needs, operational finances, regulation requirements and future treatment systems, Avfall Sør Husholdning AS has therefore decided to discontinue separate composting of bio waste. Instead, the collection, transport and treatment of the bio-waste will be outsourced so that the waste can be treated at an external facility with the necessary capacity and competence to meet the current requirements. This solution is considered the most cost efficient and robust in the long term, while ensuring that bio-waste is treated in accordance with current regulations and can be utilised as a valuable circular resource. Description of the assignment The contracting authority needs a robust and environmentally responsible system for handling bio-waste (food and garden/park), from households and business customers. The procurement shall ensure continuity in the receipt, transport and treatment of waste, and contribute to the waste being used as a resource through material recovery and/or energy recovery. The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract with a tenderer who can safeguard the entire value chain from collection at the contracting authority ́s waste facility at Støleheia, until final treatment. The system shall support the contracting authority ́s work on sustainable waste management in the region around Kristiansand and contribute to predictable operation in the contract period. The procurement is particularly important in order to ensure sufficient treatment capacity, stable logistics and a system that fulfils the current environmental requirements as well as requirements for proper handling of the bio waste. The contracting authority may also receive and process bio-waste from both households and commercial customers on behalf of other municipalities in the region around us. These volumes will then be able to flow to this contract and are taken into consideration in the competition ́s value limitations. JuliSarpsborg municipality, Hvaler municipality, Fredrikstad municipality (FREVAR), Rakkestad municipality and MOVAR (hereafter called the contracting authority) are considering a joint procurement for the collection, sorting and further handling of textile waste for preparation for reuse and material recovery, cf. the requirements in the waste regulation § 10 a-4 letter f. As a part of this process, the contracting authority would like to hold one-to-one market dialogues before any competition. The market dialogue will be used as a basis for the development of requirement specifications and procurement strategy. The contracting authority would like input and updated knowledge on available systems and business models. The assignment can include the establishment and/or operation of solutions for separate collection of textile waste from households, as well as further handling for preparation for re-use and/or material recovery. The systems can, for example, include bringing schemes, collection schemes or a combination of them. Scope: The total annual amount of textiles included in the procurement is estimated to be approx. 135 tonnes. These are textiles that are part of the municipality ́s statutory obligation that are currently collected for material recovery and are delivered in textile towers marked "damaged textiles" at the recycling stations. The 135 tonnes are currently distributed over an average of 38 per cent reuse quality, 25 per cent for recycling materials and 37 per cent for energy recovery. The final scope will depend on which municipalities and intermunicipal companies choose to participate in the competition. Some municipalities have existing systems or agreements that can affect both participation and volume. Market dialogue: Before the market dialogue, the contracting authority asks that tenderers prepare to present a system aimed at: • The contracting authority ́s need for effective and user friendly collection, with a focus on the degree of collection and quality. • Sorting textiles for preparation for reuse and recycling of materials, including the expected distribution between reuse and recycling. • Organisation of the value chain, including logistics, reception and further treatment. • Expected costs connected to collection, sorting and processing (per activity) • Need for infrastructure, including collection points and containers • Traceability, reporting and documentation of material currents • When at the latest a scheme can be up and running in relevant municipalities. • Other conditions that the tenderer believes are relevant for the assignment. The individual supplier dialogues are planned to be carried out during weeks 26 and 27 2026. The dialogues will last for approx. 1 hour and will be conducted digitally (Teams). Aug.The Norwegian Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for the provision of services related to the case and archive system. DFØ is the government ́s trade body for financial management, good decision basis for government initiatives, organisation and management in the state, as well as procurements in the public sector and administration of the government ́s joint procurement agreements. The company also provides joint services within wages and accounts, as well as employer support to government entities. DFØ has overall responsibility for development within its disciplines. The objective of the procurement is to cover DFØ ́s need for a future orientated system for case handling and archiving. The current system is based on Acos WebSak as a locally installed (on-premise) system operated by DFØ. The system currently supports relatively simple case processing, whilst a significant part of the archiving occurs through integrations with other systems and national joint components. DFØ needs to procure a modern system delivered as a service (SaaS), where the tenderer is responsible for the operation, management and further development. The system shall support efficient and secure case processing and archiving, as well as be able to be integrated with relevant internal systems and national joint components. Aug.The HAB-Hub Pilot project (PP33) aims to assess, improve and scale-up existing Earth Observation (EO) data, services and methodologies to detect in near-real-time (NRT) harmful algal bloom (HAB) events in European waters. The project will evaluate at a pan European scale the performance of methods and products already applied in existing operational EU services as well as phytoplankton bloom monitoring systems worldwide. The assessment will be carried out in retrospective mode, testing the capacity of alternative systems of successfully detecting and documenting past bloom events. The best performing system should then be evaluated during a NRT 6-month experiment.
