The Directorate of DigitalIsation (Digdir), including KI Norway, invites tenderers and other relevant actors to provide input for a planned procurement of a new framework agreement for event services. The procurement is planned to be implemented during spring 2027. We would like input and information on how systems in the market can solve our need. It is up to the different market participants what they want to emphasise in their responses. We have prepared some questions/points that give an indication of which areas we would like feedback on. Response to this RFI (both questions and input) is sent via the communication module in Mercell. Deadline for written responses: 31. Nb: Due to holidays, Digdir will not be able to answer any questions during the period 3 July - 17 August.

Troms fylkeskommuneTromsøFrist: 12. Aug.Troms County invites relevant tenderers to a market dialogue for planning a new framework agreement for groceries. The aim of the hearing is to identify the market ́s possibilities and recommendations as regards the county ́s needs and expectations, as well as what systems and possibilities are available to safeguard environmental considerations in an appropriate and competitive manner. At the same time, the hearing replies will help avoid cancelling the competition due to poor need coverage, or rejection of tenderers due to too stringent requirements. Troms County would like relevant tenderers' tenderers to see the attached draft of requirement specifications, qualification requirements and contract terms. Particular input is wanted regarding whether the requirements are relevant and/or if some of the requirements seem competitive, as well as the tenderer's input on, among other things, the choice of price model, the possibility of offering organic products, fresh meat and fish and local food, as well as emission-free transport. Tenderers are also invited to share all relevant experiences, proposals and assessments that can contribute to a good tender documentation and a future orientated contract. Emphasis is put on the fact that tenderers shall not fill in the attached draft of documents, but give feedback on the questions that have been formulated in the question tab. At the expiry of the hearing deadline, we will review all inputs and assess what is appropriate to include in the final documents. The inputs will be treated confidentially and not visualised for other suppliers. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input and emphasises that the documents are to be seen as provisional drafts. Please note that Troms County does not reimburse any costs for participation in the hearing. Please note that tenderers who participate in the market dialogue can be contacted afterwards if the contracting authority needs clarification or further information. The contracting authority plans, among other things, to submit a draft of the price form for a hearing to tenderers who have registered their interest, after this round of hearing has been carried out. Tenderers are requested to give feedback if there is a need for an extended reply deadline. Aug.The waste management company for drammensregionen IKS (RfD) plans to announce a competition for a framework agreement for electrical control and ventilation service, for its recycling and reloading stations. The framework agreement will consist of two sub-contracts; one contract for inspections and thermographing of electrical installations etc. and one contract for service and maintenance of a ventilation system. As part of the preparation of the competition, the contracting authority wants a dialogue with the market before the competition is announced. The aim of the dialogue is to get input for the tender documentation so that it is clear, competitive and feasible for suppliers. The contracting authority would like general feedback on the attached RFI, requirement specifications and whether something is unclear, unreasonable or unnecessarily costly.463 Framework agreement for the procurement of administrative services
Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENFrist: 25. Aug.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. JuniThe aim of the procurement is to ensure NTNU, c/o the National Centre for Science Recruitment (NSR) access to relevant competence and capacity within strategic and operative communication assistance, including consultancy, content production, campaigns and further development of digital communication areas. Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. The procurement therefore also includes hosting of the Contracting Authority's websites and technical systems (portfolio). Hosting is included in the framework agreement as a support service for the communication assistance and is provided as a fixed performance of a limited extent. The purpose of the hosting is to support the use and further development of the digital communication surfaces, not to be an independent main delivery. There will be a need for recruitment support for all types of positions except the CEO. We will also carry out employments without, or with lesser degree of assistance from a recruitment agency. This depends on the type of position and internal capacity. The objective of the framework agreement is to get support for professional recruitment processes of high quality that contribute to maintaining Eksfin's reputation as a serious employer and an attractive workplace. The recruitment processes shall occur within the current rules and routines for government employment. It is a prerequisite that the recruitment agency ́s offered team is aware of, and masters the government law and regulations for employment.
