The tenderer MUST allow access to the facilities (supplier site) to witness the factory acceptance testing of the equipment. The chamber and integrated control system must enable the safe, accurate and reliable administration of a range of temperatures, humidity levels and simulated altitudes. The chamber will be installed in a pre-defined location in a building which is currently under construction and the supplier will be required to collaborate with both the contracting authority and other appointed contractors during the planning, installation and commissioning phases.
