The scope includes technical staffing for live, hybrid, and ad-hoc judicial proceedings, system maintenance, and operational management under an initial three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions (3+1+1). Interested vendors are invited to attend a mandatory site visit on 23 September 2026, with final proposals due by 06 October 2026 at 06:00 PM (CEST).
