The objective of the framework agreement is to get support for professional recruitment processes of high quality that contribute to maintaining Eksfin's reputation as a serious employer and an attractive workplace. The recruitment processes shall occur within the current rules and routines for government employment. It is a prerequisite that the recruitment agency ́s offered team is aware of, and masters the government law and regulations for employment.Framework agreement communication services for science recruitment.

JuniThe aim of the procurement is to ensure NTNU, c/o the National Centre for Science Recruitment (NSR) access to relevant competence and capacity within strategic and operative communication assistance, including consultancy, content production, campaigns and further development of digital communication areas. Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. The procurement therefore also includes hosting of the Contracting Authority's websites and technical systems (portfolio). Hosting is included in the framework agreement as a support service for the communication assistance and is provided as a fixed performance of a limited extent. The purpose of the hosting is to support the use and further development of the digital communication surfaces, not to be an independent main delivery. Assisted Human Reproduction Regulatory AuthorityDublinFrist: 29. JuniThe Assisted Human Reproduction Regulatory Authority (AHRRA) is a new State agency established in October 2025 under Section 122 of Part 9 of the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024. The AHRRA is in its establishment phase and is operating from a temporary premises at 7 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin 2. It is envisaged that the AHRRA will undertake preparations for the commencement of its various statutory provisions throughout 2026 and 2027 with services being provided to the public in a phased manner from early 2028. Interviews for each position are likely to be held over one-two days depending on the number of applications. Interviews for specific higher grade competitions will comprise of a two-stage interview process as well as psychometric testing prior to the second-round interview. The AHRRA is seeking a recruitment partner to assist in developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. A specific competition may be required for some positions while a panel of successful candidates may be formed for other competitions.Recruitment Agency Services Framework
