This Tender is to procure Quantity Surveying Services, with a carbon co-ordinator as specialist skills provider. The successful supplier shall form part of an overall design team for which UCC is separately seeking the services of integrated design team which is part of a separate competition. The successful supplier will be required to assist the Integrated Design Team in developing a masterplan for the upgrading of facilities at the Mardyke Sports Grounds, fully developing the proposed UCC Sports Park and undertaking minor improvements to the Curraheen Sports Grounds (The Farm) in the short-term. In tandem to developing the overall masterplan, the successful supplier will be required to deliver full services (stages 2 - 5) for the first phase of development comprising of • Mardyke Sports Grounds Facility o The resurfacing of the existing synthetic hockey pitch such that it will be converted into a recreational sporting facility, that can be sub-divided by netting. o New changing rooms adjacent the GAA pitch (circa 300m2) o New boat storage area (90m2) o Upgrading of the existing Floodlight lamp heads to LED. • Proposed UCC Sports Park o 2 synthetic soccer pitches, complete with floodlighting and perimeter fence, o 1 synthetic GAA pitch, complete with floodlighting, ball stop netting and perimeter fence, o 2 new water based synthetic hockey pitches, complete with floodlighting and perimeter fence, o Standalone equipment store (90m2) and maintenance stores area (90m2), o New modular changing rooms (circa 6-8 dressing rooms, circa 400m2) o All associated site infrastructure, including roads, paths, parking, drainage utilities, biodiversity spaces etc. • The Curraheen Sports Grounds (The Farm). o Installation of new LED floodlights to three pitches, o Upgrading of the existing Floodlight lamp heads to LED to three pitches; and o New modular changing rooms (circa 6-8 dressing rooms, circa 400m2)

This competition relates to the appointment of an Integrated Design Team for UCC Outdoor Sports Facilities Phase 1. The design team will be procured via an integrated design team approach, with the Civil and Structural Engineer acting as the integrated design team lead. The tenderer shall be responsible for the design and project management of the refurbishment of the 12 projects across the borough as part of the PeacePlus 2.4 enhancement scheme. Procurement of a drilling tower for geotechnical ground surveys.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, c/o the Operations and Maintenance Division, Ground Drilling, shall procure a new drilling tower for geotechnical ground surveys, as one of the current drilling rig is now ripe for replacement. The drilling tower shall be used for ground surveys in accordance with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's handbooks and the Norwegian Geotechnical Association ́s messages on the execution of ground surveys. Framework agreement for the purchase of locks and fittings
A framework agreement will be signed with one supplier for the installation and upgrading of locks and fittings for NND and IFE, mainly for NND ́s nuclear installations in Halden and Tistedalsgata. Single Party Framework for the Provision of Pest Control Services for Limerick City and County Council 2026
The objective of this CFT is to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Pest Control Services to the Housing Strategy, Capital and Maintenance Directorate of Limerick City and County Council with one single supplier appointed. The successful tenderer will be required to provide pest control services on a planned and reactive basis in relation to the following: rodents (rats and mice), flies, insects, aphids and as necessary, birds and feral cats but not limited to these pests. Rodenticides will only be permitted for use when absolutely necessary and must be applied in line with the 2019 regulations in Ireland regarding the use of rodenticides. Framework agreement for interior architect services
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for a framework agreement for interior architect services. The law court administration needs to connect with a tenderer who can assist with good engineering design plans for both new establishments, renovations and changes to premises. This primarily includes the preparation of furnishing plans, fixtures concepts and form drawings for courtrooms, multi-purpose rooms, support rooms, public areas and office areas. The tenderer shall also be able to assist with procurements of fixtures and when assessing the landlord's proposal for designing rooms. To ensure that systems are uniform, functional, secure and area efficient, as well as the architecture in the court premises interacting, there is also a need for the tenderer to draw on architect assistance.
