Framework agreement for the provision of legal advisory services as Borrower's Legal Advisor in connection with financing of the NPP1
Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: PEJ) is responsible for preparing and implementing the investment process for the construction of the Poland’s first nuclear power plant (NPP1). The planned facility will have the total capacity of up to 3750 Mwe and will be located in the municipality of Choczewo at the Lubiatowo Kopalino site (hereinafter: Project). 1. The Subject of the Procurement Contract includes the provision of specialized legal advisory services in the area of external financing granted to the Company by financial institutions (banks, export credit agencies, hedging parties, etc.) for the purpose of financing the Project. 2. The advisor’s support will primarily include providing the Services in respect of the Transaction, including in particular: participation in preliminary legal due diligence of the Company, including execution of a red flag report (and reliance letters issued in favor of the respective Financing Parties, if required) or providing legal support and assistance to the Company during the due diligence process operated by the Financing Parties’ legal counsel (depending on the case); participation in the development of the legal structure for the Transaction (including the scope of the Transaction Documents) in cooperation with other advisors to the Company including the financial advisor; reviewing, analyzing and providing amendments to the Transaction Documents; active participation in and negotiating Transaction Documents with Financing Parties and their advisors and providing legal advisory (including in regulatory aspects of the Project to the extent required for the Transaction); preparing and collecting documents and evidences constituting conditions precedent (including issuing legal opinions required by Financing Parties); managing the process of negotiating and entering into the Transaction Documents and establishment of the security interest; navigating and coordinating each stage of the Transaction from the Company’s perspective with multiple Financing Parties and their advisors of any type (e.g. legal, financial, technical), in cooperation with the Company’s financial advisor and the coordinator(s) appointed by the Company; ongoing cooperation with the Company and its advisors, Financing Parties, the Lenders’ insurance advisor. Expert platform for Ukraine"s EU alignment in the rule of law
The services to be tendered concern the management and operation of an expert platform to provide advisory services to Ukrainian government institutions responsible for managing the EU accession process. To this aim, the platform pools in three Short-Term Expert Pools (STEP) international and national expertise on the chapters and clusters of the acquis Communautaire most relevant to the rule of law. The relevant expertise which should be provided by the STEPs will focus on the following areas, but is not limited to: EU law as a distinct legal system and European integration in general; - Structure and functioning of Ukraine"s judiciary; - Fundamental rights in the EU and its Member States; - Law enforcement, particularly in relation to organised crime and illicit financial flows; - Anti-corruption measures, including asset recovery and management. Two additional STEPs with translators and interpreters support the work of the experts. The contractor will ensure the platform"s continued functioning and development with the aim to provide the requested expertise in a very short time. For each expert assignment, the contractor will develop Terms of Reference and expert profiles in line with the identified needs of Ukrainian partners as the basis for the identification of suitable experts. The contractor will be responsible for the continuous process of identification, pre-selection contracting, and mobilization of suitable experts with relevant expertise and experience to carry out these assignments. In addition, the service provider will maintain and manage the platform"s community management system, which facilitates cooperation between affiliated experts, including those engaged outside the five STEPs. Analysis, research and consultancy services within ICT for health companies in Helse Sør-Øst

Procurement of Consultancy services for Africa CDC
Through this procurement, the Public Health Agency of Sweden (PHAS) will purchase consultancy services that will provide technical assistance to Africa Center for Disease Control (Africa CDC), Division of Public Health Institutes and Research at Africa CDC Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
