Beratungsleistungen zur Durchführung der strategischen Umweltprüfung (SEP) und Artenschutzprüfung (AA) für Flächennutzungspläne, Änderungen von Flächennutzungsplänen und Abweichungen vom Kildare County Development Plan 2023–2029. Umfasst die Bewertung von Plänen des Raumordnungssektors gemäß S.I. 436/2004. Die Arbeiten umfassen u.a. die Integration des Naas North-West Quadrant Masterplans in den Local Area Plan (H2 2025), die Integration von Town Plans in den County Development Plan, die Aktualisierung der Kernstrategie (NPF, RSES), die Integration von §28-Richtlinien sowie verschiedene Studien (z.B. Strategische Beschäftigungsstandorte Q4 2024, Urbane Nachbarschaftsparks Q4 2024, Aktive Erholungsinfrastruktur Q2 2025, Parknormen Q1 2025, Landschaftscharakterbewertung Q2 2025) und den Masterplan Naas North-West Quadrant (Q3 2025). Der Auftragnehmer kann für einige oder alle genannten Plantypen eingesetzt werden.
