Selected information is provided below. Further insight can be found in the Tender Document provided. Timeframe: Late August – October 2026. Filming is expected to take approximately 2–3 days per producer, depending on weather conditions and production requirements. Estimated delivery dates: • First 2 farms/producers: 1st October • All 4 farms/producers: 1st November The potential producers to be visited by the production agency are: • 1 aquaculture farm + fish processing in Donegal, Ireland • 3 producers (farm/ processing facilities) in Germany/ Austria – probably dairy/ cheese, wine, chocolate in locations in central and southern Germany Final producer selection and filming schedule will be confirmed by Naturland. Deliverables per producer Technical format: Photo: JPG + RAW Video: Resolution: Minimum Full HD (4K 3840x2160 preferred) Record setting: 10-bit 4:2:2 Frame rate: 25p (A-roll), 50p (B-roll) Picture Profile: S-cinetone Audio Recording Format: Linear PCM, 24bit, 48 kHz Photography • Minimum 60 professionally ed
