The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the customers ́needs for diving services in Ålesund municipality, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for diving services, and the diving services shall mainly be used for mapping, on-site inspections, new installations (laying new submarine pipelines) and repairs of water and sewage pipelines in different types of material above and below water. The list is not exhaustive. Comments on the contract: The contracting authority can choose to hold a separate competition for individual assignments that exceeds NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. This will not be seen as a breach of the framework agreement. Option: Diving deeper than 50 metres (e.g. with a submarine or other technical equipment)

Aug.The contracting authority would like to enter into contracts for alarm reception and security guard services for the contracting authority ́s premises located in Verven 4 in Stavanger. The contracting authority ́s buildings are approx. 800 m² and there are a total of approx. 120 employees in the premises. We need a contract with a security guard company who can scramble at very short notice when the alarm goes off. There will be requirements for limited jerk time in the competition which will require local office, response time should not exceed 15 min. A security guard is also required to go through the buildings in the evening/night. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the security guards who shall carry out the services must be security cleared for the CONFIDENTIAL level. A site inspection will be held with all tenderers Wednesday 24 June, 12:00 at Kartverket, Stavanger. Delivery of classified requirements and signing of a security contract. Tenderers can provide up to 2 persons for the site inspection. Tenderers must notify the contracting authority in advance which persons are intended to participate in the site inspection/information meeting. Agder kollektivtrafikkKristiansandAKT shall procure consultancy services to further develop the flexible booking transport service Svipp. A framework agreement shall be established for consultancy services for the work on new and innovative systems. Tenderers shall offer assistance within IT development - system development, system maintenance, data security and SLA operations. The tenderer will work closely with the Contracting Authority and other joint venture partners. The potential for Svipp is huge, and there are already other actors who have taken the software into use.
