The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with an experienced consultant or consultant in process management who, on behalf of and in close cooperation with the contracting authority (NGU), shall manage and facilitate the clarification phase in project development up until the completion of an OFP report (start-up preliminary project report). The process manager shall be a clear, structured and determined facilitator that ensures progress, involvement and anchoring at the contracting authority. Statsbygg will be responsible for the preparation of the OFP report, but the procured process leader shall ensure a structured and involving process internally at the contracting authority and between relevant actors, so that the necessary clarifications, decisions and basis are available for the work on the report.

The aim of this notice is to fill a role as a consultant in IT security in DRIV. The role shall contribute to ensuring that FIF/SAP fulfils all regulatory requirements (external and internal) for identity, authorisation and access management. The role shall support other product- and enabling teams with safety assessments of any changes to the Norwegian Defence ́s SAP system and professional applications. FMA is a part of the defence sector, directly under the Ministry of Defence (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans.
