JuliVAV coagulant that is certified by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for water treatment is required in order to deliver clean drinking water to Oslo city. The need for coagulants is estimated to be approx. 2,000 tons per annum. The agency will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The agreement is exclusive. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. Norsk nukleær dekommisjonering (NND)HALDENFrist: 25. Aug.The procurement of administrative services within HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, as well as analyses for NND and IFE NUK, located in Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has an option to use the contract before the planned transfer of business, which has the provisional date 1 January 2027. The framework agreement shall contribute to respite the organisation in periods with high workloads and for vulnerability related to manpower. NND shall carry out a transfer of business and take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, so that the supplier market must be able to support a business with two locations. The framework agreement shall further ensure NND ́s access to services where there is a need to obtain expertise outside the company's own core competence. The services will apply to both assignment based deliveries and the hire of labour, depending on the need and the at any given time applicable agreements with elected representatives. There will be a need for both individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with possibilities for both hourly deliveries and fixed price deliveries. NND currently has a framework agreement with one tenderer in several of the disciplines. This contract is about to expire. It is planned to enter into parallel framework agreements where call-off mechanisms shall occur via mini-competitions. SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØContract award: Helse Stavanger HF would like to enter into a framework agreement with a plumbing company for installation and maintenance work within plumbing and HVAC for the institutions in the health company. Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for an hourly rate and mark-up materials for installation and maintenance work. The framework agreement is intended to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings. The locations at Ullandhaug and Våland will mainly be involved. The work assignments can be both short-term and long-term. In addition to normal operation and maintenance work, Helse Stavanger HF shall implement the "interim phase project". The middle phase project is one project for alterations and adaptations of the existing buildings at Våland to outpatient operations and day treatment. A correct framework for events consists of many parts, of which the dishes that are served are a very important part. It is therefore important with high quality, so-called "fine dining". The RRA has the chef who handles daily operations and events on a smaller scale. With larger events with more than 20 persons present, staff holidays and during busy periods there is, therefore, a need to supplement in order to have events with meals. Aug.The contracting authority would like to enter into contracts for alarm reception and security guard services for the contracting authority ́s premises located in Verven 4 in Stavanger. The contracting authority ́s buildings are approx. 800 m² and there are a total of approx. 120 employees in the premises. We need a contract with a security guard company who can scramble at very short notice when the alarm goes off. There will be requirements for limited jerk time in the competition which will require local office, response time should not exceed 15 min. A security guard is also required to go through the buildings in the evening/night. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the security guards who shall carry out the services must be security cleared for the CONFIDENTIAL level. A site inspection will be held with all tenderers Wednesday 24 June, 12:00 at Kartverket, Stavanger. Delivery of classified requirements and signing of a security contract. Aug.PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services for planning, implementing and preparing a report for waste analyses. In accordance with the Waste Regulation chapter 10a, REG is obligated to ensure the sorting and material recovery of several waste types. In order to substantiate the sorting requirements, as well as quality requirements and the necessary costs for the collection and waste management in the manufacturer responsibility schemes, it is decisive to have an overview of the composition of the waste in REG ́s different waste streams. There can also be a need for waste analyses or other surveys in order to increase knowledge on the composition of bulky waste, household like business waste or to measure the effect of campaigns etc. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 6 million. The estimates are only a guideline and are without obligation for the Contracting Authority.
