The Directorate of Integration and Diversity (IMDi) is an implementation body for the integration policy. IMDi shall, as a management body and competence centre, strengthen the municipalities ́, sector authorities and other cooperation partners ́ knowledge and competence on integration and diversity, so that their social assignment can be carried out in the best possible way. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract with one tenderer who can deliver operational services for IMDi's current and future IT systems, as well as function as a competence and cooperation partner in setting out services. The tenderer shall. offer a comprehensive service spectrum, including the hire of a place for the customer ́s equipment in a suitable data hall (colocation), operation of infrastructure and platforms, as well as operation with responsibility for applications and the accompanying underlying service teams. Aug.The Norwegian Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for the provision of services related to the case and archive system. DFØ is the government ́s trade body for financial management, good decision basis for government initiatives, organisation and management in the state, as well as procurements in the public sector and administration of the government ́s joint procurement agreements. The company also provides joint services within wages and accounts, as well as employer support to government entities. DFØ has overall responsibility for development within its disciplines. The objective of the procurement is to cover DFØ ́s need for a future orientated system for case handling and archiving. The current system is based on Acos WebSak as a locally installed (on-premise) system operated by DFØ. The system currently supports relatively simple case processing, whilst a significant part of the archiving occurs through integrations with other systems and national joint components. DFØ needs to procure a modern system delivered as a service (SaaS), where the tenderer is responsible for the operation, management and further development. The system shall support efficient and secure case processing and archiving, as well as be able to be integrated with relevant internal systems and national joint components. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, cf. the current rules for public procurements. Tenderers shall first submit a request for participation, and then for those who are qualified , submit tender offers in accordance with the tender documentation. Aug.PURPOSE AND SCOPE The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for consultancy services for planning, implementing and preparing a report for waste analyses. In accordance with the Waste Regulation chapter 10a, REG is obligated to ensure the sorting and material recovery of several waste types. In order to substantiate the sorting requirements, as well as quality requirements and the necessary costs for the collection and waste management in the manufacturer responsibility schemes, it is decisive to have an overview of the composition of the waste in REG ́s different waste streams. Aug.In order to strengthen the ability to detect, notify and handle IT events, the Norwegian Mapping Authority shall procure a 24 hour (24/7/365) service for proactive security monitoring and support for incident handling IT security events in the Contracting Authority's IT environment. This involves entering into a collaboration with a tenderer who provides a service that safeguards security monitoring, detection and incident management, where the security partner can also give the Contracting Authority quick access to expertise for assistance with major security incidents (IRT team). Services are requested that have elements from different categories of security services such as managed security services, SOC (security operations centre), incident response team and Managed detection &response (MDR). Proactive monitoring and notification and partial handling of vulnerabilities are expected, and not only reactive handling in the event of major unwanted events. The procured service is cosourcing and vulnerabilities and incidents shall be solved in cooperation with the Norwegian Mapping Authority ́s employees and partly in The Norwegian Mapping Authority's infrastructure. Kartverket has already established security and operational environments and the procurement must therefore focus on integration, operative interaction and further development.
