Evaluate implementation, management, coordination, cooperation, developments, and key areas: prevention, assistance, protection, prosecution. Provide knowledge basis for learning and support to Ministry of Justice and Emergency Response. Start ASAP, complete by 30 June 2031. Budget: NOK 8.8M excl. VAT (NOK 11M incl.) with option to expand up to NOK 800K excl. VAT, total up to NOK 9.6M excl. VAT.
