Vestfoldmuseene IKS shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for services that shall i.a. ensure the protection of the Contracting Authority's values and reputation at different locations, including art and cultural history museums as well as administration and storage locations. This includes the following security guard services: General security guard services, i.e. stationary security guard assignments and mobile security guard services at events, Such as at a Pride festival and art transport Printing in accordance with requirementsUnlike security related assignments that can vary during the framework agreement period, Following is also included in the framework agreement: Technical service assignments Procurement of alarm systems and alarm equipment The estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 2.6 million excluding VAT per annum, equivalent to approx. NOK 10.4 million excluding VAT. framework agreement period (including option years). This is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement is NOK 13 million excluding VAT.

The purpose of this procurement is to meet the ministries’ need for the rental of press platforms (press decks), as well as the provision of associated equipment and services. Associated equipment refers to technical equipment, including solutions for lighting, image, and sound related to press stands. Associated services refer to project management, rigging, and technical staffing during planning and execution. The events may include various types of occasions, for example high-level state visits. Such events are characterized by the fact that the date and scope are often not known well in advance. Activation of assignments may therefore occur at short notice, and in some cases, initial delivery may be required within just a few hours after the order is placed. The events are often carried out under a high level of security. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a single total supplier with the capacity and expertise to meet the overall need. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 20 million, excluding VAT. The agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authorities have the right, but not the obligation, to award contracts under this framework agreement. Norsk rikskringkasting ASOSLOFrist: 19. Aug.NRK would like to establish a new parallel framework agreement for the hire of equipment and the procurement of services within lighting, sound and AV. One tenderer will be awarded the status of A-supplier. Other tenderers awarded the contract will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria. NRK will hold mini competitions each year for the framework agreement for the award of productions with an estimated budget of more than NOK 1 million for the disciplines covered by the framework agreement. The framework agreement is for delivery to all of NRK, regardless of production type or genre, and includes both small and large productions nationwide. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds.
