JuliThe contracting authority announced 30.04.2026 a competition under the EEA threshold with Doffin reference: 2026-107841 on "Procurement of a backup system (backup and data recovery)". No acceptable tenders were received and the competition was cancelled. The tender documentation in the original competition is available here: https://app.artifik.no/procurements/5085 [https://app.artifik.no/procurements/5085] The contracting authority needs updated feedback from the market in order to * improve the requirement specifications * facilitate increased competition * ensure that the contracting authority knows the advantages and disadvantages of different delivery models * gain better insight into the market to ensure that the estimated value of the procurement is realistic It is possible to answer some of the questions and all answers will be included in the evaluation of further process. About the assignment The contracting authority needs a new backup system for backup and backup operation. The procurement is for the delivery of a complete back-up system, including local infrastructure, external copy, software and accompanying services. The system shall ensure high availability, data integrity and robustness toward security events. The Planning and Building Agency is responsible for the municipality ́s general area planning, planning and building application management, map management as well as map and sharing shops. The agency currently has approx. 550 employees and it shall be an inditator in Oslo's urban development. The contracting authority ́s IT environment is in a major change process where the local data centre will be phased out in the next few years. The local data centre and backup system must ensure safe and reliable operation, at the same time as flexibility in the system. The contracting authority needs a comprehensive backup system that covers: * Local backup in separate data centre * Secondary backup location in the supplier ́s cloud with location in Norway (offsite). Agder kollektivtrafikkKristiansandAKT shall procure consultancy services to further develop the flexible booking transport service Svipp. A framework agreement shall be established for consultancy services for the work on new and innovative systems. Tenderers shall offer assistance within IT development - system development, system maintenance, data security and SLA operations. The tenderer will work closely with the Contracting Authority and other joint venture partners. The potential for Svipp is huge, and there are already other actors who have taken the software into use. In order to keep Svipp competitive, it will be necessary to continually develop new systems in accordance with good DevOps standards.
