Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Erbringung von Leistungen des Portfoliomanagements, Cloud-Services, Energieberatung und Bilanzkreismanagement für den Zweckverband Gasversorgung des Brenztals. Der AG ist ein Energieversorgungsunternehmen (EVU) und tritt nach außen als Lieferant von Energiemengen (Gas und / oder Strom) an Endverbraucher auf. Der AG wird das Portfolio und / oder Bilanzkreismanagement (Gas und / oder Strom) durch den AN dienstleistend durchführen lassen. Der AG bleibt hierbei rechtlich die Vertragspartei für alle energiewirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zu Dritten, wie beispielsweise Netzbetreiber, Lieferanten, Kunden, Marktgebietsverantwortlichen etc. Die Leistungen werden über den AG auch für Dritte, sogenannte SUB-EVU erbracht, die zugleich den Mitgliederkreis bilden. Die nachfolgend genannten Sub-EVU's bilden den aktuellen Mitgliederkreis des AG: Stadtwerke Giengen GmbH TWH-Technische Werke Herbrechtingen GmbH Gemeindewerke Hermaringen GmbH Gasversorgung Unterland GmbH Energieversorgung Gaildorf OHG Stadtwerke Bad Wildbad GmbH & Co. KG Stadtwerke Rottenburg am Neckar GmbH Stadtwerke Ellwangen GmbH GEO Gesellschaft für Energieversorgung Ostalb mbH EINHORN-ENERGIE GmbH & Co. KG Stadtwerke Waldkirch GmbH Stadtwerke Gaggenau Stadtwerke Bad Herrenalb GmbH Vertragsgegenstand ist auch die Erbringung von Softwaredienstleistungen durch den AN ist. Unter anderem ist vom AN eine Softwarelösung (bspw. über Online-Portal) zur Umsetzung der in der Anlage Leistungsbeschreibung beschriebenen Leistungen bereitzustellen. Im Einzelnen ergeben sich die zu erbringenden Leistungen nebst Umfang aus der Anlage Leistungsbeschreibung. Das Vergütungsmodell – insbesondere fixe und spezifische (€/MWh) Entgelte, Vereinbarung einer Performancefee – sowie die Höhe der Vergütungen für die vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen werden mit den Bietern im Rahmen des Verfahrens auf Basis der jeweils eingereichten Angebote verhandelt. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.05.2026 und hat ein Erstlaufzeit
