The initial consultation will be in the form of a written questionnaire to be completed by interested parties and this may or may not be followed by meetings with any or all interested parties at the sole discretion of SDCC. The market consultation exercise is anticipated to result in procurement of operator(s) to participate in the fund through submission of detailed proposals demonstrating the nature, product, service or works to be supplied or delivered in a pilot project. The number of projects to be funded and the timeframes for project development and delivery will be determined after this consultation and will be confirmed in the procurement notice.
