BACKGROUND UNICEF Jamaica is supporting the development of a broader Culture of Care social and behaviour change approach to promote positive parenting and contribute to the reduction and elimination of corporal punishment in all settings. The approach places particular emphasis on the home and community and uses facilitated reflective dialogue as a key mechanism for helping caregivers and other community actors explore their own experiences, reduce defensiveness, build confidence and commit to realistic changes in practice. Within this wider framework, UNICEF intends to pilot a time-bound youth and family engagement model in two communities. The pilot will combine two four-session Parent Circle series with a separately facilitated, consent-based intergenerational dialogue and a modest package of public-facing media content. The purpose is to test feasibility and participant experience, strengthen the youth and future-parent dimension of the Culture of Care approach, and generate reusable advocacy content and implementation learning for possible future expansion. The contracted institution will provide community and youth engagement, group facilitation, process documentation, ethical media participation procedures, production, community screenings, dissemination and reporting. The institution will work under UNICEF oversight and in close coordination with the SBC Consultant and other partners. SCOPE OF WORK Under the overall guidance of UNICEF Jamaica, the institutional contractor will design and implement the operational, youth-engagement, documentation and media components of the pilot. Details of expected tasks and deliverables are included in the attached TOR. SUBMISSION To apply, submit the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal separately in PDF Format only via email to: [email protected] Technical Proposals should be submitted titled “[CompanyName]_Technical Proposal” Financial Proposal should be submitted titled “[CompanyName]_Financial Proposal” Should you need further clarification, please send your queries to [email protected] at least three (3) working days before the deadline of August 28, 2026

Department of Culture Communications SportKillarneyThe Creative Climate Action Fund III (2026-2029) is a key deliverable for the Creative Climate Action and Sustainability pillar of the Creative Ireland Programme. This fund seeks to build on the premise that transformational action on climate change requires cultural change throughout society, and with the ambition to utilise the potential of the arts, creativity and heritage to inspire and empower the culture change needed to transform to a net zero Ireland by 2050. A key finding of the evaluation of the first fund was the need for training and development of project leaders to ensure that this investment realises the object of building enduring capacity in the sector. There will be organisations from different sectors in receipt of the grant funding including: arts and cultural organisations, local authorities, research institutions, environmental groups and community development organisations. We envisage that there will be up to 15 projects funded. These projects teams have a good knowledge of climate action. However, a consistency of understanding of the policy objectives and best-practice methods of project delivery will be essential to the success of the fund. Therefore, this training and development package will: * Ensure a consistency of technical knowledge across all project teams * Ensure a consistency of approach to be taken on dialogue between projects and with communities the projects are engaging and facilitating dialogue with, to ensure that this aligns with the approach taken in the National Dialogue on Climate Action (NDCA) * Ensure full understanding of the policy framework as set out in the Climate Action Plan 2025. * Support individual projects in their approach to data collection and evaluation * Support project management and communications functions within individual projects * Provide a supportive network for the projects to facilitate collaboration and sharing of skills, knowledge and best practice It is envisaged that that the training wil
