The OCR position requires a solid knowledge of the Offshore Cable Installation Operations. Depending on the scope where the OCR is mobilized, different skills might be required: Survey (UXO detection operation, geophysical survey, geotechnical survey) Route preparation (Boulder Clearance, Mattressing, Pre-Trenching, OOS Management, Pre Lay Grapnel Run) Cable transpooling Cable laying (cable design and laying constraints) Cable junction Cable protection (trenching, jetting, rock dumping) and burial assessment As a general matter, OCR shall also demonstrate a strong experience as a Client Representative on previous similar projects and general knowledge of Offshore Operations: Offshore HSE standards and best practice Permit to work and risk analysis Lifting operation Sea fastening, stowage, and Deck Layout Clear comprehension of weather standby mechanisms. The OCR position also requires soft skills to ensure a smooth execution of operation: Communication, both verbal and written Ability to take decision and own responsibility on behalf of RTE IT: Microsoft Office OCR must have valid certifications and trainings required to be on work site. The minimum is the BOSIET and Medical Certification (Fitness to Work) with a 2-year validity. If necessary, additional requirement will be transmitted by RTE for each project or scope.

9Purchase of a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS) for the supply of electrical power to cruise ships in Port of Skagen.
Skagen HavnSkagenOn shore power for cruise ships shall be established at the cruise quay Krydstogtkajen in Port of Skagen, 9990 Skagen, Denmark. For this purpose, the Contractor shall deliver a high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) including an onshore power system (OPS) and a cable management system (CMS). The HVSC shall be able to deliver up till 16 MVA of high-voltage onshore power to at least one cruise ship at a time. The Deliverables include a complete converter station and a complete cable management solution from the OPS on to the quay front. The converter station shall be a container-based solution, where all components are to be placed inside containers, except coolers that shall be placed on the ground outside the building, which the Purchaser will build around the containers. The Contractor shall be responsible for groundwork for the CMS. The Contractor shall deliver all necessary documentation and perform training of the personnel who shall operate the HVSC upon Delivery. The HVSC shall be operational by 1st of November 2027. Definitions: High-voltage Shore Connection (HVSC): includes the Onshore Power System (OPS), the Cable Management System (CMS) and the high voltage cable distribution system from the OPS to the quay front. Onshore Power System (OPS): includes all the components necessary to transform, convert and monitor the power on shore, including, but not limited to, transformers, converters, switch gear, breakers and control, monitoring, interlocking and power management systems. Cable Management System (CMS): includes all work, cables and equipment needed from the OPS to the quay front for delivering power to the ships. This includes HV shore distribution systems (from the OPS), shore-to-ship connection and interface equipment and other items necessary for delivering power to the cruise ships. Maintenance: All maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the HVSC shall be performed by the Contractor during the warranty period. Data processing and interpretation activities are expected to be completed in 2028. The resulting data will be made available to potential bidders for future offshore wind farm development in the Netherlands. The objective of the geophysical survey is to improve the understanding of the bathymetrical, morphological and geological conditions within the wind farm zone and to identify potential objects. The subject of this Contract is the provision of Engineer/Supervision services for the design for the building permit, the design for construction, the as-built design and the Works under the Works Contracts for Section 3. The Works for Section 3 are implemented through two Design and Build Works Contracts: the first covering Subsections 3.1(Paracin-Stalac) 3.3 (Djunis-Trupale) and 3.4. (Trupale-Medjurovo) and the second covering Subsection 3.2. (Stalac-Djunis) The Works Contract for Subsection 3.2 has been signed as Lot 2; following the termination of the Lot 1 Works Contract, the remaining Lot 1 works are planned to be incorporated into the Lot 2 Works Contract through an amendment. The installation of ERTMS is planned under a third Works Contract; ERTMS is excluded from the scope of this Contract and will be subject to a separate procurement procedure for supervision services. The temporary signaling and telecommunication system required during the execution of the works is included in the Works Contracts and within the scope of this Contract financed project shall not violate or have violated any intellectual property rights.
