The works consist of - Demolition of stone shed and block lean-to extension. - Refurbishment of old stone cottage – the cottage requires a new ground bearing floor slab and a new roof, the existing rubble stone walls will have to be raked out and repointed on the outside and plastered with insulating lime based plaster on the inside. Contract award: Plumbing and HVAC and sanitation services for Helse Stavanger HF
Contract award: Helse Stavanger HF would like to enter into a framework agreement with a plumbing company for installation and maintenance work within plumbing and HVAC for the institutions in the health company. Helse Stavanger HF would like tenders for an hourly rate and mark-up materials for installation and maintenance work. The framework agreement is intended to cover the Contracting Authority's continual need for services in the discipline. Tenderers shall be able to carry out most types of plumbing work in connection with alterations, operations and maintenance in Helse Stavanger HF ́s buildings. The locations at Ullandhaug and Våland will mainly be involved. The work assignments can be both short-term and long-term. In addition to normal operation and maintenance work, Helse Stavanger HF shall implement the "interim phase project". The middle phase project is one project for alterations and adaptations of the existing buildings at Våland to outpatient operations and day treatment. MNA shall introduce changed requirements for source sorting of packaging and as a result of this need for new wheeled containers for separate collection of glass and metal packaging. The objective of the procurement is to establish an appropriate and reliable container system for outdoor use, with robust and clear marked containers. The system shall contribute to efficient collection, reduced missortment and predictable operation. The assignment is for the delivery of wheeled containers for glass and metal packaging in several volume sizes (140 and 240 litres) for outdoor placement. The delivery shall include complete containers with the necessary components for operative use, as well as clear fraction marking. The containers shall be suitable for year round operation in weather prone environments. Design and construction of an extension to Hraunvangur nursing home
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Housing and The Government Property Agency (FSRE) intends to enter into a long-term lease agreement with Sjómannadagsráð concerning a new extension to the existing Hraunvangur nursing home in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. The planned project consists of the design and construction of a new wing/extension to the existing nursing home at Hraunvangur 7, Hafnarfjörður, providing up to 125 nursing home places. The extension is expected to be up to approximately 9,500 m² and will be constructed in accordance with the applicable local development plan for the site. Sjómannadagsráð holds the relevant rights to the site on the basis of a land lease agreement with the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður. The new extension will be physically connected to, and functionally integrated with, the existing Hraunvangur nursing home, which is operated by Hrafnista, an entity under Sjómannadagsráð. Sjómannadagsráð will be responsible for financing and carrying out the construction of the new extension. Following the publication of this voluntary ex ante transparency notice, and provided that no legal obstacles arise, the Ministry intends to negotiate and conclude a long-term lease agreement with Sjómannadagsráð for carrying out the construction of the new extension and the use of the new premises. The lease term is expected to be approximately 20–30 years. The rent will be determined on the basis of normal commercial considerations, taking into account the lease term, construction cost, maintenance and improvements, depreciation, financing cost and other fixed costs relating to the building. The execution of this project is subject to the Icelandic Parliament’s approval of the relevant appropriation in the state budget.
