National Consultant to support Government Coordination and Implementation

Country: Guinea-Bissau    Description of the Assignment: A national consultant to support the strengthening of the institutional coordination capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Communities, as the government department in charge of implementing, monitoring, and coordinating the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF), as well as the wider development cooperation agenda.   Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  60 working days within 4 months. Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
