The procurement includes 40 units of multi-sensor weather stations that measure several key meteorological parameters, such as air temperature, relative humidity, wind, and [solar] radiation. The weather stations will form a comprehensive urban climate measurement network in Helsinki and the wider Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The weather stations must be operable in Arctic environmental conditions, providing system stability according to specified requirements. Mandatory requirements for the weather stations are described in this tender request document and in detail in annex 1: General description. The weather stations 40 units to be acquired is a one-time purchase plus possible option purchase. The weather stations 40 units must be delivered by latest 31.10.2026. UdenrigsministerietKøbenhavn KThe contracting entity has conducted a tender with the following description: I) Background and purpose The Danish Ministry og Foreign Affairs (“MFA)” comprises the Ministry located in Copenhagen and a global network of embassies, consulates-General and Trade Commissions. The MFA wishes to conclude an agreement with one supplier regarding the delivery, support and maintenance of both stationary and mobile biometric stations. The biometric stations shall support the process related to issue of primarily passports at the MFA’s embassies around the world. The agreement regulates the development, delivery, support, and maintenance of the biometric stations. II) Main Services: The agreement covers the following main services: A) Implementation Services B) Delivery of biometric stations C) Maintenance and support A: Implementation Services The Supplier shall commence the delivery of Implementation Services immediately upon signing the Agreement. These services shall ensure that the Supplier can deliver biometric stations that are compatible with the Customer’s IT environment and support the intended use of the Biometric Stations. The Implementation Services include: a. Delivery of one Stationary Biometric Station b. Delivery of one Mobile Biometric Station c. Development and delivery of an API for installation on the Operator’s PCs. The API shall control the Stationary Biometric Station via a user interface for the Operator. d. Integration with the Customer’s operations provider (Statens IT) e. Delivery of Documentation f. Training of the Customer’s technical personnel The Implementation Services shall be delivered with due involvement of the Customer’s staff. Regardless, the Supplier is responsible for the overall planning and management of the process. B: Delivery Biometric Stations The Supplier shall deliver Stationary Biometric Stations and Mobile Biometric Stations for capture of biometrics for primarily passports. Stationary Biometric Stations shall mean a stationary device that uses embedded components to capture of photo, fingerprint, and signature of a person in at least a seated position. The Stationary Biometric Station shall be mounted to wall or floor depending on the individual operating scenario where the station shall be put into operation. The Customer expects to buy 100 stationary biometric stations during the term of the Agreement. Mobile Biometric Stations shall mean a mobile device that uses embedded components to capture photo, fingerprint, and signature of a person in at least a seated position. The size and shape of the mobile station allows it to be taken with you when travelling by car, bus, train, boat, and plane, for example. The Customer expects to buy 70 mobile biometric stations during the term of the Agreement. The Biometric stations shall include all parts such as computer/tablet, light stand, background etc. to the extent necessary in order to capture biometrics of a quality which comply with the requirements stated in the Agreement. C: Maintenance and support The Supplier shall provide support and maintenance for delivered Biometric Stations, covering all parts of the stations, including both hardware and software. Maintenance includes all proactive actions necessary to ensure that the solution operates in compliance with the requirements. This encompasses ongoing technical maintenance, preventive measures, and updates. Support includes all reactive actions arising from incidents or other support inquiries. The support shall address all types of questions related to the Biometric Stations and must include the possibility to provide support via video calls. The Supplier shall expect to collaborate with the Customer's operational supplier and technicians related to support and maintenance. In case of incidents requiring the replacement of components, the Supplier shall deliver the necessary components to the Customer, who will handle the replacement using its own technical staff. *** In general, reference is made to the tender material for more information.Acquisition of Cold Weather Boots to the Danish Defence

JuniThe Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) wishes to renew the framework agreements concerning the military Combat Boot system. The system consists of 7 framework agreements including specific boots and an assortment of various related footwear whereas this Contract Notice covers the Cold Weather Boots. The Cold Weather Boot shall be for use in cold and dry environment on Greenland and similar areas. DALO is looking for a Cold Weather Boot with a removable warm inner boot and with a sole for use in icy environments like artic areas and similar. The inner boot shall be replaceable. The Cold Weather Boot shall be offered in 2 different versions. The Primary version is for normal military use in very cold and dry environment and the second version is for use in the same area but it shall be possible to use with Cross Country skis 90mm wire bindings. Only the primary version will be evaluated. The Cold Weather Boots must have a lifetime of minimum 12 months of military use. To fully understand the requirements of the Cold Weather Boots see Appendix 1 in the tendering material. The evaluation of the boots includes tests of products samples. DALO is only looking for high quality boots, and after the tenderer has made his best and final offer (BAFO) the offered boot must reach a minimum quality level threshold of at least 7,3 (from 0-10) to continue in the final tendering procedure. DALO reserves the right to award the Agreement based on the INDO1 or on any additional INDOs. In that case DALO will request receipt of all product samples mentioned in Enclosure E – DALO’s test schedule and procedure for testing and evaluation in accordance with Enclosure C – The award criterion and evaluation method - that otherwise should be submitted in connection with BAFO if DALO chooses to award the Agreement based on INDO1 or on any additional INDOs. This also means complying with the minimum quality level threshold. This tender is part of DALO’s larger acquisition of Combat Boots. The total acquisition consists of 5 individual tendering procedures and a total of 7 agreements: 1 tender for combat boots with 2 winners (2 parallel framework agreements) 1 tender for patrol boots with 2 winners (2 parallel framework agreements) 1 tender for desert boots 1 tender for cold weather boots 1 tender for combat safety boots If a Candidate/Tenderer wants to make an application/offer for one of the other agreements, the Candidate/Tenderer has to put forward the application/offer in the respective tendering procedure regarding that specific boot. The procurement is for BKK's bays, including Blomøy and Energiparken, as well as an option for future bays (Energiparken Nord, Energiparken Sør and 2nd "future"). Øygarden connection station is a joint station between BKK AS and Statnett SF. In accordance with the Builder Agreement between the parties (dated 03.05.2023), the BKK shall in addition establish 3 145 m2 transformer fields on behalf of Statnett, which is included as an option for the procurement. The ownership of these fields will be transferred to Statnett upon take over. The objective of the procurement is that the receipt and management of waste and subsequent treatment occurs in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner, where the needs of the inhabitants and other customers are safeguarded, and that we contribute to reaching Vesars and the owner municipalities ́ goal of 85 % material recycling by 2035. This is reflected through the absolute requirements, emphasis in award criteria and possibility for innovation and development contracts. Vesar would like to stimulate the use of biogas as a replacement for fossile fuel by transporting the waste fractions and for other types of transport work. The biogas that is used shall preferably originate from production with high net climategas reductions. New contracts shall be signed for the operation of the recycling and environment stations in the owner municipalities, As well as for the operation of the reloading station at Rygg when signing the following sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1 - Recycling stations in the northern area: Lersbrygga Nordre Foss Skoppum Sub-contract 2 - Recycling stations mid area and environmental stations: Rygg Lofterød Environment stations for hazardous waste (unmanned stations) The loading station at Rygg Sub-contract 3 – Recycling stations in the south area: Grinda Sogn Delkontrakt 1 and 3 involves the operation of the recycling stations. In sub-contract 2, the collection of hazardous waste is also located from and the operation of Vesar's 23 environment stations, which are distributed over the owner municipalities, as well as the operation of the loading station at Rygg.
