This is the Stage 1 process for the Establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Minor Building Works Residential for Tipperary County Council. Further details will be provided at stage 2 of the process for tenderers who qualify to Stage 2. This initial Stage 1 is to determine tenderers who are suitably qualified to be added to this framework. Typically, the value of each Works Contract will range from 25k to approximately 400k. This framework has the potential to be established for 4years estimated from early Jan 2027 until end Dec 2030. The scope of the Framework will include any building works which may be required within any of the 5no. Municipal Districts of County Tipperary; 1. Nenagh District 2. Templemore-Thurles District 3. Cahir, Cashel, Tipperary District 4. Clonmel District 5. Carrick-on-Suir District. Works within this Framework may include but are not limited to general repairs, maintenance to the building fabric, roofing works, modifications for disability access, internal external modification and alterations to buildings, electrical works, plumbing, heating and mechanical system works, replacement of windows and internal and external doors, installation modification kitchens, floor coverings, painting and decorating, suspended ceiling works, dry‐lining, jointing and plastering, construction of small extensions, minor demolition works, clearance works in preparation for re‐letting re‐occupation, external site works such as driveways, steps, paths, fences and boundary walls, landscaping, drainage and residential waste and foul water treatment works. Dwellings Buildings may or may not be occupied.

Sept.The HSE proposes to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of general building and construction works across the Dublin North and North City Region. The Framework Agreement is divided into two Lots: • Lot 1: Works projects up to €250,000; and • Lot 2: Works projects over €250,000 and up to €1,000,000. For the avoidance of doubt, all Lot value bands, project values, annual framework values and turnover requirements referred to in the procurement documentation are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. The Framework Agreement will support the delivery of construction, refurbishment, adaptation, compliance, maintenance, lifecycle replacement, energy upgrade, decarbonisation and improvement works, and minor capital projects across HSE-owned, leased and occupied properties, including Primary Care Centres, Community Healthcare facilities, Section 38 and Section 39 funded healthcare organisations, acute hospital campuses and other HSE affiliated organisations, as required. Subject to the receipt of a sufficient number of suitable applications, a minimum of fifteen (15) Applicants per Lot will be shortlisted to Stage 2 and up to fifteen (15) contractors per Lot may be appointed to the Framework Agreement. The procurement is being conducted using the Restricted Procedure. Applicants who satisfy the minimum suitability requirements and achieve the highest scores under the Stage 1 suitability assessment process will be shortlisted and invited to participate in Stage 2 of the competition.Multi-Party Framework for Building Contractors (Housing) for Emergency Response Maintenance Works up to the value of €7,500 ex Vat. to Limerick City and County Council Housing Stock. 2026
Limerick City and County Council_103432Limerick.The work involves modest repairs in all areas, i.e. roof repair work and restoring the existing housing stock back to its original state, leaving the area safe and tidy for the existing tenants. Building Works will require the use of all building trades to varying extents depending upon the task in hand. Specific examples would be bathroom damage due to leak, repair of damaged building fabric on a like-for-like basis (eg replacement of ceilings or reinstate suspended floors), blocking up of fireplaces, sealing flue above ceiling level, removal of backboilers and making good etc. External work such as footpath repair, ramp installation, roof repair, chimney repairs/removal, renewal of rainwater goods, boundary walls etc. The units will for the most part will be occupied. All framework participants will have to be able to adequately discharge the duties of PSCS and Contractor in line with Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Participants are reminded of an Employers obligation (contractors) to provide a safe place of work and how they can demonstrate same. LCCC will seek specifics as to how a contractor manages Health and Safety in general and how they can demonstrate their ability to undertake the PSCS role. All framework participants must be capable of accepting and undertaking the duties associated with PSCS and Contractor. Okt.Tipperary County Council has identified the need to engage the services of an Engineering Consultancy led, single point, multi-disciplinary design team to advance the preliminary design, detailed design, statutory planning requirements, enabling and procurement to progress the Lisbunny Link Road Scheme, including carrying out the duties of PSDP, along with the procurement of other services, surveys and investigations as required to advance the scheme. The subject of this brief is located on the outskirts of Nenagh town centre within the Municipal District of Nenagh, County Tipperary. The scheme is located between the R445 Dublin Road to the south and the L1211 Old Birr Road to the north. It incorporates a new extension of the existing L5146 Lisbunny Industrial Park road to join the L1211. The proposed new extension is approximately 350 metres in length. Options for the upgrade of the existing L5146 are to be examined and designed within the brief also. The length of existing road potentially to be upgraded is approximately 550 metres.
