Public procurement for the Mission implementation support platform, which will build on and consolidate the platform setup in the first phase. It will continue to provide a one-stop-shop to assist with the overall Mission implementation in the deployment phase, including knowledge, science to policy advice, financial advice and technical assistance, assisting with capacity building, support to outreach, scale up and dissemination of information, knowledge and innovations at all levels. The Mission Implementation Support Platform will in particular provide access to knowledge to all citizens, as well as engage and support relevant authorities and stakeholders that will implement the Mission. The Mission Implementation Support Platform will support and integrate communication and dissemination activities for the Mission overall incl. Citizen engagement, in cooperation and coordination with the Mission lighthouses. The platform will be expected to further support and consolidate existing services such as the Mission charter, the online service portal and social media, support to the Mission Forum and other Mission Ocean and Waters events, the European Blue Parks community as well as provide targeted services to relevant stakeholders and Mission communities to assist with the deployment at scale of innovative solutions for the restoration of the ocean and waters.

Aug.In order to support the "Sustainable Energy Programme in Senegal" (PED III) of the Senegalese Ministry of Energy and Oil (MEP), financed by BMZ and implemented by GIZ, a contractor will be hired to support the achievement of some project's objectives and indicators. The aim of PED III is "to support the effective implementation of the Just Energy Transition by the main players in Senegal's public and private sectors at both strategic and operational levels". The project contributes to achieving the objectives of the national energy policy linked to renewable energy (RE) and energy efficiency (EE) for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda SDGs, in particular SDG 7 (access to energy), 8 (decent work and economic growth), 9 (industrialisation) and 13 (combating climate change), as well as German support for achieving the objectives of the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JET-P) signed between Senegal and the G7 in June 2023. The expected results of the project are as follow: 1. The governance and coordination mechanisms for renewable energy and energy efficiency in the context of the JET-P are strengthened. 2. The framework conditions for the integration of renewable energy into the national grid and for private sector participation in RE and EE projects are improved. 3. Public and private stakeholders have strengthened capacities to design and implement inclusive energy transition projects. In order to achieve these results, the contractor will support the implementation of the project through the following activities: The contractor will provide and manage a core team of long-term experts. These experts will contribute directly to the achievement of the indicators and results defined above and will ensure the technical and strategic coherence of the activities implemented under the project. The contractor will also provide and manage a pool of short-term national and international experts who will be mobilised on a demand-driven basis to support specific technical assignments contributing to the achievement of the project"s objectives and indicators. Aug.The contractor shall provide comprehensive technical, organizational, and advisory services to support the implementation of the project "Mitigation of Human-Wildlife Conflicts in Tanzania" in the Ruvuma landscape. The assignment is intend to strengthen the holistic implementation of Tanzania"s National Human-Wildlife Conflict Management Strategy through coordinated action at national, district, and village levels. The contractor will contribute to improved governance, planning, and operational capacity for human-wildlife conflict management, with a strong emphasis on participatory approaches, gender sensitivity, and sustainability. A core task of the contractor will be to support land-use planning processes at district and village level. This includes facilitating the development of one district framework land-use plan and 15 village land-use plans, as well as the corresponding Community Action Plans. The contractor shall ensure that these planning processes integrate human-wildlife conflict considerations, local development priorities, gender-specific needs, climate-related risks, and relevant land-use aspects such as agriculture, grazing, settlement patterns, wildlife corridors, and protected areas. The contractor will organize and facilitate technical consultations, community meetings, field visits, mapping exercises, and validation workshops, and will support the formal approval and documentation of all planning outputs. The contractor shall provide capacity development and institutional support to key public actors responsible for human-wildlife conflict management. This includes technical advice for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism and subordinate institutions, particularly on coordination mechanisms, strategy implementation, monitoring, and the use of data and spatial information for decision-making, especially on the land use planning aspects. The contractor is expected to contribute to the strengthening of intersectoral cooperation between wildlife authorities, district administrations, and other relevant sectors, and to support the development of more effective and sustainable organizational arrangements. The contractor shall also contribute to the documentation and analysis of activities and results, including inputs for monitoring and reporting. The contractor shall further support community-level resilience and conflict mitigation measures. This involves assisting village communities in the implementation of HWC-related measures identified through land-use and community action planning, including locally adapted preventive measures, livelihood-supporting activities, and measures that enhance the ability of communities to mitigate, and cope with damage and losses caused by wildlife. The contractor shall ensure that these measures are planned and implemented in a participatory and gender-sensitive manner. In addition, the contractor shall strengthen awareness-raising and environmental education activities. This includes the conceptual, organizational and operational support for the revitalization of environmental clubs (Malihai Clubs) in schools and colleges, the development of training materials and curricula, and the piloting of club activities in selected locations. The contractor shall also support the outreach programs of relevant institutions, including the development of communication concepts, training events, and materials for intermediaries such as teachers, farmers and local stakeholders. Throughout the assignment, the contractor shall ensure effective project management, coordination, reporting, and knowledge management. Deliverables shall include reports of workshops and training sessions, minutes of technical meetings, approved planning documents, CAP and LUP documentation, progress reports, and technical contributions to project monitoring. Less than one in five ICT specialists employed in the Union are female. This initiative addresses the Digital Decade target of improving gender balance while reaching 20 million ICT specialists by 2030, by supporting activities that actively tackle the under-representation of girls and women in the ICT sector in the EU. This action will build on and further develop the work initiated by the WIDCON project (101195389), funded under the DIGITAL work programme 2023-2024. During the term of appointment, the CSST will be expected to work exclusively with Göng&Brú and will not hold any role with any contractor, designer, financer, or other supply chain participant on any of the projects to be delivered through the Programme. The CSST will be responsible for providing Göng&Brú with the breadth and depth of expertise necessary to act as an informed, capable, and commercially astute buyer across all stages of each project delivered through the Programme, from early development and financing through to construction, commissioning, and operations. Prior to launching a formal procurement process, Göng&Brú is inviting market input to inform and refine its thinking on project scope, delivery structures and procurement strategy. Whilst this PME is focused on the CSST Procurement (as this will be the first procurement to formally come to market), Göng&Brú would be interested to receive questionnaire responses from any organisations that might see themselves potentially competing to be involved in this wider investment programme from any perspective, whether that be as a supplier, funder or a contractor. The aim of the dialogue is to get concrete input from the market and professional environments on the most important challenges we currently face in the climate survey and on the need for any adjustments. The climate survey annually maps the population and industry ́s knowledge, attitudes and behaviour connected to climate and climate measures. The survey has been carried out since 2017 and it is an important knowledge basis for communication, professional work and policy design. The survey is currently carried out as a quantitative survey, with the use of panel based data acquisition in the population part. Around 1,500 respondents are asked, via a web form by email. Population panels used throughout the ten years surveyed have been carried out, challenges connected to good enough representativeness in the younger age group (16-29 years) and among Oslo's population with an immigrant background. The business part is carried out as a separate survey, through email to companies in Oslo. The target is 600 respondents in organisations in Oslo with at least five employees, divided in the main categories service, trade and industry. The goal achievement has varied over the years and is this year located at 448 entities. The survey has been further developed over time, i.a. through adjustments in the method and question set-up, and it provides an important knowledge basis for the agency's work.
