The objective of the market survey is to gain better insight into the market and input from suppliers on what systems are available, what can be delivered and how such services can normally be introduced. The market survey is not a competition and the contracting authority is not requesting tenders at this point in time. Participation in the market survey gives no rights or advantages in any later procurement. 2. Provisional need The contracting authority would like input on digital systems that can monitor technical components in nurseries by using sensors, audio analysis, vibration analysis or other relevant measurement parameters. The analysis shall be carried out by KI or ML and it shall automatically alarm in the event of deviations and errors. The system is particularly relevant for: * ventilation aggregates * engines * Fans * Pumps * other relevant technical components The aim of any system is to uncover abnormal operations, errors or wear at an early stage, so that the contracting authority can carry out more targeted and preventive maintenance. The system ought to be able to contribute to better operational security, reduced energy consumption, fewer operational deviations and a better overview of the condition of the technical installations. 3. Input from the market The contracting authority would like general input from suppliers on: * what systems and technologies are available in the market * the types of technical installations and components that can be monitored * if the systems can be used on existing installations without comprehensive reconstruction * how notification, reporting and visualisation normally works * whether the systems can be integrated with MOM systems. * what gains and effects suppliers believe such solutions could provide

Introduction The Agency for Urban Environment invites the supplier market to a market dialogue regarding the provision of alarm services and the accompanying to uncover 1) the supplier market and potential tenderers, and 2) systems offered to cover the need for alarm functions for the company's urban city service officers. ABOUT THE MARKET DIALOGUE The contracting authority, NORCE Research AS, is in its early phase mapping the market for Security Operations Center (SOC), with the intention of a possible procurement in 2026/27. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain insight into the market's tenders and development, including how SOC services are designed, provided and priced. The contracting authority would also like input on how appropriate requirements, award criteria, contract terms and commercial models can be designed in a future competition. The received information can be used as a decision basis and as a support in the further work on procurement strategy and design of the tender documentation. Market survey/RFI - Broadband delivery - network design
Gjøvik municipality, the Joint Unit Procurement, plans to hold a competition for broadband and communication systems services on behalf of Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land, Søndre Land and Gjøvik municipalities. The municipalities currently have a framework agreement for the hire of a communication system for the municipalities ́ locations, which expires 31.12.26. The new contract will result in changes to an ongoing contract. Relevant services to include can be hire of lines, based on black fibre, possibly hire of capacity as needed, network design, operation and security services, as well as an option to put away services connected to network operation of the municipalities ́ locations individually or together.
