The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites contractors and suppliers to a market meeting 20 October 2026 at 9:30 a.m. at the Quality Airport Hotel Stavanger. Register via KGV by 30.09.2026 with information on how many participants from the contractor/consultant, their position and contact information (Name, email). The aim of the project E39 Smiene – Harestad is to build a new four-lane road that connects the E39 Rogfast tunnels with the existing E39 at Smiene (north of the Eiganes tunnel) and thereby contribute to a continuous four-lane and high standard road from Sandnes to Bokn. E39 Smiene-Harestad, includes i.a.: • 4.7 km of open air four lane roads, • Connection to the Smiene junction • New two-level crossings o Tasta junction o Finnestad junction and o Harestad junction • Three bridges of 98 m, 90m and 24m respectively. • Foot and cycle path • 400m Environment culvert • and related technical installations. The E39 Smiene-Harestad shall open at the same time as the E39 Rogfast. The project, together with E39 Rogfast, will be able to connect Western Norway in a new way. Western Norway and Norway are in an increasingly tough national and international competition situation for people and resources. E39 Smiene-Harestad together with E39 Rogfast will open to greater synergy, freedom and expanded living and labour market area for the population. This can contribute to increased business growth in the area. The project notice is expected to be published in 2027. One-to-one meetings can be held for a period after the market meeting.

The main access to the site is located off Chancery Lane to the north of the site. Offaly County Council proposes to develop a social housing scheme of 20 dwellings at vacant site on Chancery Lane, Tullamore. To facilitate the future development works it is required to divert and underground two overhead ESB power lines and also an existing Eir line. New footpath and front boundary wall works are to be included in this enabling works contract. It is to be noted that parts of the works occur in adjacent land access to same will be via agreement with the land owners. The designed total length of the bridge is 216.65 m. This section is located in the village of Mayaki, Mayaki Territorial Community, Odesa district of Odesa region on the route to the Ukrainian-Moldavian border. The public road of national importance M-15 Odesa–Reni (toward Bucharest), with a total length of approximately 295 km, is designated as an international road in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 30 January 2019. The works include but are not limited to new paving finishes and minor drainage alterations on Quay Street designating it as a pedestrian- only area, and the planting of new trees and shrubbery to enhance green space and visual appeal. Trondheim kommuneTRONDHEIMThe Norwegian Public Roads Administration Development invites tenderers, on behalf of Trondheim municipality, to a competition with negotiations for the following contract work: K1 Road Works Brundalsforbindelsen is an environmental package project in Trondheim municipality, regulated in area development for Øvre Rotvoll, approved by the city council 20 May 2021 (case 90/21). A complete certificate must be established before the development at Øvre Rotvoll can be given. The objective of the plan is to facilitate a good and dense residential area with meeting places, function mixing and public services. The plan opens for approx. 1,500 residences, one local centre, two nurseries and sports facilities including a district pool. The Brundal connection, blue-green structures, cultural monuments and central elements of the cultural landscape are also included in the plan. The project includes an approx. 40 m long foot and cycle bridge. It is a significant volume of concrete walls. There is a significant amount of water and sewage work that shall be carried out in this contract and Trondheim municipality ́s water and sewage norms are followed here. There is also considerable district heating work that shall be carried out and coordinated with Statkraft varmes ́s contractor. A waste suction facility shall be established for a future new development where main routes are laid in streets. There will also be significant electrical works as well as safeguarding existing cables and new installations for streets and future houses, where the work will be carried out in co-operation with Tensio.EST Constr - Letterkenny University Hospital, Co. Health Service Executive (HSE)KildareThe project includes the Replacement of existing MTHW Boilers with 3 No. dual fuel MTHW Boilers. The contractor will be responsible for the installation of associated boiler plant including pressurisation equipment, Heat exchangers, circulating pumps, valves, pipework and insulation. A free standing flue installed adjacent the Boiler house will be adjusted for the new Boiler plant. The boiler house will be extensively renovated to accommodate the proposed new boiler plant and equipment. Builders works is required including construction and fitting out of the renovated boiler house, roof alterations to accommodate a new roof light and works associated with a Lpg tank compound. Electrical Works include replacement cabling, local isolators for boiler plant, emergency lighting and fire alarm works. The BMS in the boiler house is to be updated and new boiler house panels are to be installed. The works require phasing of shutdowns of old equipment and changeovers to new equipment. Trondheim municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-4 tenderers for reduced site measures for water, sewage, sanitation and roads. It may also be necessary to use the framework agreement for work within urban areas and green areas, but the Contracting Authority is not obliged to use the contract within this area. The site measures can vary and can be pure projects within water and sewage facilities, roads, sanitation or urban areas and green areas, or they can constitute combined projects where several disciplines are included. The extent of the site measures in the framework agreement can include, but is not limited to the following areas: Water and sewage installations: New installations, renovations, renewals, separation projects as well as other relevant improvement works. Road measures: Development of roads, pavements, cycle paths, the establishment of bicycle parking, bus stops, noise reduction screens, lighting of public spaces, as well as the construction of retaining walls and similar constructions. Sanitation measures: Minor alteration works, repairs and necessary improvements connected to the existing sanitation plant and infrastructure. The framework agreement will cover site measures of varying complexity and size, primarily categorised as smaller to medium sized projects. The extent of the work is mainly the closure of the recommended measures after the main geological inspection. The measures will mainly include; Rock protection in the form of rock and rock clearing, pigging and securing with shotcrete, as well as mounting bolts, handling any saws. Demolition of old water/frost protection (PE foam) with associated fastening material. Establishment of new water/frost protection and fire protection.
