The project consists of mapping marine nature types in Kristiansund municipality in the spring zone and down to a depth of 30 metres. A new methodology shall be used from the Norwegian Environment Agency ́s instructions for mapping and quality assessment based on Nature in Norway version 3 (M-3130). The requirements for data processing and deliveries are described in the instructions. The project includes testing a stream of data. 20% of the total price shall be used for testing the directorate ́s NIN app and MarinWeb, which shall then be used in the mapping process. The complete description of the assignment is given as an annex to Annex 1 of the contract.

This procurement concerns housing and comprises approx. 200,000 m² and approx. 220 buildings. The mapping will be carried out based on NS 3424:2012/G2:2020 and the registrations will be built in accordance with NS 3451:2022 Building section table and system code table for buildings and the accompanying outside areas. The mapping shall result in one final report per property/building, and BKE's own templates for reporting shall be used and it shall be included in Plania.The purpose of the condition report is to get an overview of the lag in the buildings. Together with proposals for measures with cost, this shall give a starting point for a 10 year maintenance plan for each property. The Contracting Authority has assessed the climate and environmental impact connected to this procurement of consultancy engineering services. Aug.Open international competitive tender procedure following an Expression of Interest phase. The Contracting Entity invites interested and suitably qualified marine reconnaissance survey firms, joint ventures, association of companies and consortia to submit an Expression of Interest (“EoI”) for participation in a subsequent competitive tender procedure for the provision of Marine Reconnaissance Survey (“MRS”) for the 2.13-ELEG-S-M-25-GREGY-STUDIES Project. The GREGY Interconnector is a project of Mutual Interest (PMI) and a strategic electricity interconnection project involving high-voltage transmission infrastructure between Egypt and Greece, including submarine and onshore cable systems and associated facilities. The associated project, "2.13-ELEG-S-M-25-GREGY-STUDIES", has been successfully awarded under the Connecting Europe Facility (Grant Agreement: 101290455). Its primary objective is to carry out the necessary technical and environmental studies required to advance the project. This Notice constitutes an invitation for interested parties to express their interest in participating in the forthcoming tender procedure. The Expression of Interest (EoI) phase is intended to: • identify interested and capable economic operators; • verify their suitability to participate in the tender process; • enable the Contracting Entity to provide confidential tender documentation. NORSK KOMMUNALTEKNISK FORENINGOSLONKF would like to enter into a contract with this competition for the delivery of an IT system/system for a portfolio management tool to collect and handle climate gas data and accounts for use in Norwegian municipalities ́ construction projects. The requested portfolio management tool shall primarily be used to obtain climate gas data and accounting figures from the different systems that the municipalities use in their building projects. The offered tool must be based on different standards, where i.a. NS 3720 is central. It must be possible to obtain data from the different systems that the municipalities, and the municipalities' various technical consultants, use in their construction projects. Data can be collected and displayed, including per farm and use number and different building parts. The data collected shall then be displayed on a "dashboard", where the data shall also be systematised, including showing data from other municipalities. The data shall also be aggregated at a regional and national level. The aim of the portfolio management tool will be both to let the technical departments in the municipality use it to manage their various construction projects, but also to generate data and facts for political decisions. The contracting authority in the contract will be NKF, but the actual users of the offered system will be the municipalities and municipal entities that are members of NKF and choose to purchase the service from NKF. Potentially over 100 municipal entities. NKF will enter into the relevant contract for the necessary licences, as well as continual operation and maintenance, with the tenderer. NKF will then use this as a basis to resell equivalent services/systems to Norwegian municipalities that are members. NKF will, thus, really have the role of a coordinating intermediary between the supplier and the municipalities. However, it is formally only that NKF the tenderer shall deal with, and no contracts will be signed directly between the tenderer and the relevant user municipalities (service recipients). NKF will deliver first line support directly to the municipalities, but the contract shall also allow the tenderer directly to assist each municipality when it is more appropriate. The contract shall also include courses and training for both NKF and municipal employees, as well as assistance with the establishment and implementation in each municipality. According to plan, the agreement will be signed before summer 2026 so that the first municipalities can procure the service from NKF in Q3 2026 and start using the system in Q4 2026. The contract is based on SSA-L (Contract on ongoing service procurements) with adaptations.
