The Finnish Defence Forces Army Command has established the Dismounted Soldier - program and issued an order to the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command Joint Systems Centre to build a basis for procurement of machine guns. The basis for procurement is to be built in co-operation with the Swedish Försvarets materielverk Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) and the Swedish Armed Forces (SwAF). The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command HQ together with the Logistics Command Joint Systems Centre has decided to issue a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the enclosed documents. The recipients of this RFI are invited to share information on their machine gun systems and give budgetary pricing for said machine gun systems. Detailed information in Appendices. Answers to this RFI Suppliers are requested to provide their responses and relevant information and answering the questions in Appendix 2 and uploading them to the FDF Cloudia Supplier Portal by 30.10.2026. (uploading is mandatory) You may also submit and refer to appendices if needed, e.g., company presentation, product information sheet and similar document to the FDF Cloudia Supplier Portal by 30.10.2026. (uploading is optional) Machine Gun Demo 2026 Companies interested in attending the demonstration are invited to register their interest no later than 28.09.2026 by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Machine Gun Demo 2026". Registration shall include: name of the company, product names or identifiers, names of participants, nationalities of participants, birth dates of participants and passport numbers of participants. More information in Appendix 1.

Background Møre og Romsdal county needs to establish a new framework agreement for the delivery of cleaning machines for its entities. The need is due to both replacing the existing equipment and new buildings with larger areas requiring more and more suitable machines. A contract will be signed with one - 1 - tenderer. The County wishes to facilitate more efficient and uniform cleaning operations across locations. It is important to ensure stable access to equipment that contributes to safe use, good ergonomics for employees and the most equal standard in the entities. It is also relevant for tenderers that the county has activities in several places in the county, which requires available service and follow-up in the contract period. Description of the assignment The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of cleaning machines with the accompanying equipment, accessories and spare parts for Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune's entities. The delivery shall cover needs across i.a. school buildings, administration buildings and new buildings with larger areas. The framework agreement will include various types of cleaning machines, including floor washing machines, robot washers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, mop refrigerators etc. Machines are requested that are user friendly, easily manoeuvred and suitable for varied use in different types of premises, including areas with limited space. Furthermore, the delivery shall be supported by service and follow-up that contributes to stable operation in the machines ́ lifetime. Aug.Background Sykkylven vidaregåande school needs to replace the existing lathes and milling machines, as the current machines are outdated and do not adequately support the school ́s need for modern and safe training in machining. The procurement shall contribute to ensuring relevant and future orientated training for pupils and a good work tool for teachers. The school has been awarded investment grants for the purpose and would like machines of high quality, high reliability and long lifetime.
