The glovebox which will be capable of processing lithium-based battery materials and will integrate materials deposition capability utilizing RF sputtering and evaporation for synthesis and multi-parametric test of liquid, polymer and solid-state systems for energy devices. The Framework Agreement will be established on foot of competitive tenders received for the role of ACM Consultancy Services based on Notional Hours and rates as detailed in the Pricing Document.This competition is conducted using an open procedure with a qualitative assessment. The Most Economically Advantageous Tenders will be appointed to the single supplier framework.
