ØKOBAR ist ein neues nationales Analyseprogramm zur Entwicklung und Betreibung einer gemeinsamen Analyseplattform für molekulare Methoden im biologischen Monitoring. Es umfasst Analysen von marinem Phytoplankton, Zooplankton, benthischer Fauna und biologischer Vielfalt in Bodenproben. Probenmaterial stammt aus bestehenden Monitoringprogrammen der norwegischen Umweltbehörde. Geschätzter Gesamtwert (inkl. Optionen): 25 Mio. NOK. Budgetrahmen für Basisprogramm: 2 Mio. NOK pro Jahr.
