Catering offer at Tveten farm - invitation to a dialogue conference.
The Alna district plans to announce a competition for serving at Tveten farm and invites to a dialogue conference for input on how to facilitate an attractive and sustainable catering place on the farm. Tveten farm is one of the best preserved Aker farms with activity back to the 15th century. The farm has been in private ownership until 2006, when Oslo municipality procured the property and later carried out extensive renovation of five of the farm buildings. The farm is administered by the Agency for Culture in Oslo municipality, with several tenants in different buildings. The Alna district is a tenant in several of the buildings and uses the farm for meeting place functions for different target groups. Tveten farm is an important meeting place for the local community, and there is great commitment to the farm from NGOs. The district also operates leisure clubs and activities for elderly persons at Tveten farm. Other areas on the farm will be leased for stables and share-earth use. At the renovation, the building drengestua was equipped with a professional kitchen and a small café that has been put to use to a small degree. To further develop the tender on the farm, Bydel Alna wants to enter into a contract with a professional actor who can serve offers on Tveten farm. We therefore invite tenderers to a dialogue conference with interested actors at Tveten farm Tuesday 12.5, 1300. In the dialogue conference, the district will account for the framework for a collaboration on serving at Tveten farm, and interested parties will have the opportunity to take a closer look at the kitchen, dining areas etc. on the farm. Luster kommune plans to establish a new health and welfare centre in the centre of Gaupne. The project comprises co-localisation of central health and welfare services in the municipality. The planned development comprises between others: - Institution sites (short term and long term positions) - Doctor's office, emergency doctor surgery and laboratory functions. - Ambulance Station. Purpose Norsk Tipping would like mobile partners who shall contribute with the necessary competence and capacity to develop attractive and responsible user journeys in a quality good way. The mobile partners shall also contribute to building the competence Norsk Tipping needs for the future. Mobile is the company's most important customer channel. Norsk Tipping has approx. 2.4 million customers, of which nearly 90 percent use mobile, mainly via apps distributed in the App Store and Google Play. They are, thus, a central prerequisite for Norsk Tipping being able to fulfil his social mission: "... facilitating responsible gambling offers and preventing negative consequences of gambling. Efficient operations shall ensure that as much of the revenues go to good causes". Norsk Tipping's partners must therefore contribute to the company developing in a sustainable direction, through active competence transfer and by strengthening the product model from a mobile perspective. Strengthen the ability to deliver within the product development model Norsk Tipping works smoothly to reduce risk through early learning, continual feedback from users and operations, and the possibility to adjust courses before major investments are made. The work is organised through product development areas with a multi-disciplinary product team who are responsible for both value and risk connected to defined products and user journeys. The product development areas shall have competence and responsibility to define systems for problems, develop them and further develop them so that they deliver value for companies and customers. In order to achieve this, Norsk Tipping has a mix of product development areas consisting of what can be defined as a "value stream team" (e.g. the product development area for sports), and areas with "platform" and "enablement-team" (for example Platform: Whole and Frontend). Multi-disciplinary skills in the areas shall be sufficient to define problems/possibilities and systems, develop and further develop them, in order to raise the value and quality of their product. The quality in Norsk Tipping shall be integrated in the work and applies for all phases of product development. The contracting authority must deliver in accordance with different standards. In Platform: Hele og Frontend (P:HF) has Norsk Tipping strategic app competence through the area management, with product development manager, tech lead/team architects. Several product development areas have permanent native developers. Areas that do not have their own native developers will receive assistance from P:HF. The contracting authority will over time develop a balanced division of responsibility between the platform and the different product development areas, in line with increased maturity and greater internal ownership. Areas with separate native user journeys will gradually be able to work more independently, but for the foreseeable future there will be common need connected to testing, release and further development of the platform. Professional development and practice partnerships shall support this across. This public procurement competition relates to the establishment of a Single Supplier Party Framework ("Framework") for the Provision of Learner TouchScreen 2 in 1 ICT devices to support a Digital Learning Environment for Bridgetown College and other Post Primary Schools for Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board as required. Please note that the cohort of Learner touchscreen devices will be purchased directly by the learners and will be their property. The post primary schools also may purchase Learner touchscreen devices as required; they will be loaned to students as the need arises however, they must be returned to the school at the end of each academic year. It is important to note that the equipment must be robust and fit for purpose meeting the requirements of the teachers delivering training to students in a digital learning environment. Atlantic Technological University has a requirement for the production, supply and delivery of Student ID Cards. i. Supply of pre-printed cards ii. Supply of blank cards to produce student ID Cards from uploaded files of student photographs and relevant student details and to deliver these ID Cards to students of ATU in a series of bulk batches starting September and subsequently to produce and deliver cards as required during the academic year. Student ID cards for the ATU ID Card Production and Delivery Process to commence at start of Academic Year 2026/27. General • From an uploaded file of student photographs and relevant student details to design, personalise, print, supply and deliver, by mail to students, a student ID card based on a layout and specification provided by the ATU. • Suppliers are asked to outline their proposed process and provide costs in the Appendix 2 Pricing Schedule. • The process must be secure, effective and GDPR compliant. Additional Details • ATU will require approximately 19,000 cards for the Academic Year. Prior to procuring card stock for a contract under this Framework, the supplier should liaise with ATU regarding quantity to ensure as accurate an estimate as possible of requirements in a particular contract. • ATU will also liaise with the supplier regarding pre-printing on card stock and will endeavour to ensure a generic card stock, which may be used for other contracts under this Framework. • ATU will require proof of card, mailer and envelope prior to production. • Suppliers should indicate industry standards they comply with. • Suppliers should indicate weekly delivery schedule based on continuing card requests by students throughout the year. Invitation to market dialogue - Collection of textiles for reuse and material recovery from municipalities in Østfold.
Sarpsborg municipality, Hvaler municipality, Fredrikstad municipality (FREVAR), Rakkestad municipality and MOVAR (hereafter called the contracting authority) are considering a joint procurement for the collection, sorting and further handling of textile waste for preparation for reuse and material recovery, cf. the requirements in the waste regulation § 10 a-4 letter f. As a part of this process, the contracting authority would like to hold one-to-one market dialogues before any competition. The market dialogue will be used as a basis for the development of requirement specifications and procurement strategy. The contracting authority would like input and updated knowledge on available systems and business models. The assignment can include the establishment and/or operation of solutions for separate collection of textile waste from households, as well as further handling for preparation for re-use and/or material recovery. The systems can, for example, include bringing schemes, collection schemes or a combination of them. Scope: The total annual amount of textiles included in the procurement is estimated to be approx. 135 tonnes. These are textiles that are part of the municipality ́s statutory obligation that are currently collected for material recovery and are delivered in textile towers marked "damaged textiles" at the recycling stations. The 135 tonnes are currently distributed over an average of 38 per cent reuse quality, 25 per cent for recycling materials and 37 per cent for energy recovery. The final scope will depend on which municipalities and intermunicipal companies choose to participate in the competition. Some municipalities have existing systems or agreements that can affect both participation and volume. Market dialogue: Before the market dialogue, the contracting authority asks that tenderers prepare to present a system aimed at: • The contracting authority ́s need for effective and user friendly collection, with a focus on the degree of collection and quality. • Sorting textiles for preparation for reuse and recycling of materials, including the expected distribution between reuse and recycling. • Organisation of the value chain, including logistics, reception and further treatment. • Expected costs connected to collection, sorting and processing (per activity) • Need for infrastructure, including collection points and containers • Traceability, reporting and documentation of material currents • When at the latest a scheme can be up and running in relevant municipalities. • Other conditions that the tenderer believes are relevant for the assignment. The individual supplier dialogues are planned to be carried out during weeks 26 and 27 2026. The dialogues will last for approx. 1 hour and will be conducted digitally (Teams).
