Sykehusinnkjøp HF has, on behalf of Helse Stavanger HF, signed a new hire agreement for three already installed instruments for automated production of blood components for the Department for Immunology and Transfusion Medicine at Stavanger University Hospital, Helse Stavanger HF. A new framework agreement has also been signed for the accompanying equipment specific consumables. The start-up date for both contracts is 29.06.2026. The procurement has been published as an intention notice on Doffin and TED prior to the signing of the agreement. Doffin ID 2026-106751, TED ID 254809-2026. The total value of the contracts is NOK 11,100,000 excluding VAT.

The instruments are approx. 5 years old. Based on the technical condition and the manufacturer ́s assessment, the expected lifetime of the residue will be approx. 5 years. The equipment will be used at OUS for as long as the equipment functions for intended use. The hand over occurs between two public health authorities and concerns concrete, individually identified instruments. Oslo Universitetssykehus HF will require: consumables (reagents and the accompanying consumption) and service and maintenance agreements for the instruments ́ remaining lifetime. It is planned to enter into a framework agreement for consumption as well as service agreements with supplier Roche Diagnostics Norway AS. The agreements will have an expected duration of five years, based on the equipment ́s expected lifetime. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to extend the contract beyond this, as long as the equipment in question is still in use at the laboratory and there is a need for the accompanying services.Intercept boxes for the Blood Bank at the Nordland Hospital, (pathogen inactivation of thrombocyte concentrate)
SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØThe Nordland Hospital shall procure a pathogenic inactivation system for thrombocytes. A market dialogue has been carried out to map the market. It has been clarified that there are no other suppliers who can deliver a system that meets the minimum requirements for removing 99% of pathogens from the thrombocyte concentrate. The procurement also includes entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of equipment specific consumables. The procurement will be made as a procurement without competition, as competition is impossible for technical reasons, cf. the Regulations 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA) § 13-4 letter b, point 2. The contract will be signed 10 days at the earliest after publication of the intention notice.Contract award: Blood donor gifts for the health authorities in Helse Vest

The consumables shall be used in the laboratory clinics at the hospitals in Helse Vest, as well as the Laboratory at Betanien Hospital. The contract extent is estimated to be 57,200 products for 4 years. See Annex 1 - Price Form and Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications for further details. JuniThe aim of the procurement is to enter into a national framework agreement for the procurement of estimated 40,000 full blood bags for the regional health authorities (Helse Vest RHF, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF and Helse Nord RHF). The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The maximum volume for the framework agreement is estimated volume + 20%. The four regional health authorities need to procure blood bags for full blood. The bags shall be able to be used on stand-by in hospitals and in municipalities. In addition it shall be possible to use them for medical tapping.
